Our traditional cycladic house is a hundred years old and used to be a summer retreat for our family..It is located on the seafront in the picturesque fishing village of Mandrakia on the North coast of the island.Our home is sitting right on the water's edge. and therefor has a panoramic seaview .From our veranda you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and have direct access to the water.You walk out the front door,go down a staircase into the sea for snorkeling or swimming.

We are located in Mandrakia, a scenic village by the sea, in Milos. On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. Klima is a traditional fishing village with colourful houses extending all the way to the small coast. It is located below the village of Trypiti and the Catacombs. The "Sirma" -a used to be winter hideout for fishing boats- was recently revamped.
