The two-story cottage combines old world charm with modern comforts. On the ground floor, guests enjoy a cosy living room featuring a wood burning fireplace and a generous, well equiped kitchen with dining table overlooking a private garden, as well as laundry facilities and a second WC. Upstairs, the two generous bedrooms share a bathroom and feature queen sized beds. With off street parking and local village amenities only a short stroll away, the cottage is less than 6kms from the airport

Take a break and unwind at Middle Park. We are 2km north of Exeter in the heart of the Tamar Valley on a 2.5 acre block. You will have your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom & ensuite, private deck with BBQ and kitchenette with washing machine. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!

Naivasha Tiny House with Wood Fired Hot Tub

Naivasha Tiny House is the perfect romantic getaway. It is set in a clearing in the Tasmanian bush and has amazing views of the countryside. The tiny home itself has been built entirely of cedar by local artisans. It has been fitted out with antique and reclaimed furnishings with an emphasis on comfort and laid back luxury. The wood fired hot tub is without doubt the highlight. The claw foot bath, indoor wood fire, outdoor fire pit and friendly native wildlife are close seconds.

The Roundhouse is located in a place of spectacular beauty, with views of Quamby Bluff and the Great Western Tiers on all sides. The property is surrounded by World Heritage Rainforest which is a result of the protracted Jackeys Marsh Forest Protests. The fresh air, crystal clear water, abundant wildlife and pristine environment are all environmental values prized by the people of Jackeys Marsh. We would now like to share our unique heritage with the rest of the world.

#birdhousestudiostas are two modern unique architectural, one bedroom houses hovering on a steeply sloping site with extraordinary views to the east over Launceston and the mountains beyond. Each studio has an individual personality inspired by the qualities of its site and a desire to create a sustainable buildings with the lowest possible carbon footprint and environmental impact. 2 bedroom self contained unit, with disability access, located in a peaceful, tranquil setting. A short stroll to the river bank where you can look for our resident platypus and other wildlife. Bring your fishing gear for a spot of fishing (fishing licence required) or bring your canoe for a leisurely paddle. Ample parking on site. 5 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to the city and an easy drive to the historical villages of Perth, Evandale and Longford.
