Welcome to our dog friendly beach cottage stocked with all your kitchen needs, beach essentials and fully fenced in yard. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach! 3 bedrooms and a large living room. The fully fenced in yard is a true oasis with plenty of room to tan, grill and sit around the fire pit. Parking for 4 cars. Downtown Newburyport is only 3 miles away. Beach essentials include beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler and cart.

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.

Sunny private 2 bedroom cottage with large garden, deck,and great Lanesville location near the ocean. Living room with large flat screen smart TV with Roku, fast internet, and lounge with pull out couch and pocket door for privacy. Now with mini-split A/C throughout and new windows in the bedrooms! Dogs under 55 lbs allowed (no more than 2 ) no cats. Yard is not fenced in.
