The approximately 150 square meters large and thus very light-filled loft apartment with a gallery is situated in a detached house in a quiet yet central city location near Hönigschmidplatz. The decor is tasteful, modern and high quality (Rolf Benz leather sofa set, modern solid wood cabinets), new high quality fitted kitchen, large bathroom with tub, separate toilet, parquet and stone floors. Washing machine available, dryer for sharing is found in the cellar. Due to the large kitchen and generous living room, it is very suitable for groups for up to 6 people. The apartment is centrally located in the district of Munich Grosshadern / Laim. A very good residential area with a short distance to all amenities of daily use (50 m supermarket, bakery, breakfast cafe, butcher 150 m, 120 m drugstore, pharmacy 130 m). The location is very quiet and green (urban tree nursery with children's playground) yet conveniently situated in terms of traffic position as the flat is located in the inner-area of the Munich Transport Association. From there one quickly comes to the city center (18 minutes by public transport, 14 minutes by car). The very bright, quiet loft is on the 2nd floor of a family home (of course with a separate entrance). Next to the bedroom for 2 people, there are four comfortable beds. Bezaubernder Bungalow im Fünfseenland nähe S-Bahn

Sehr geräumiger, offen gestalteter Bungalow. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer verbunden mit Essbereich und gemütlichem Kachelofen. Auf der herrlichen Terrasse kann wettergeschützt gegessen werden. Bei der Einrichtung wurde mit z.B. elektrischem Bett, großer Eckwanne, Fitnessgeräten, Kicker, Hängematte und Planchagrill auf alle möglichen Wünsche eingegangen. Im 1. OG steht 1 großes Doppel-Zimmer, plus ein großes Duschbad mit Whirlpool zur Verfügung. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer als Einzelzimmer ist nach Rücksprache dazu buchbar. Die Gastgeberin wohnt im UG mit eigenem Duschbad, lediglich die Küche ist zur gemeinsamen Nutzung vorgesehen.

Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Im Flur gibt es eine Galerie von der Münchner Olympiade 1972. In der Wohnküche könnt ihr nicht nur kochen, sondern auch gemütlich zusammensitzen. Das Wohnzimmer ist das Herzstück der Wohnung - mit herrlichen Blick in den großen Garten. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Arbeitsplatz. Neben dem Wannenbad gibt es noch ein separates WC.

This amazing rooftop apartment was completed in January 2018 with a large open living space and a modern fully equipped modern kitchen, featuring a large dining table seating up to 6 people and an industrial open staircase onto a small Gallery. The living area has a comfy LShaped lounge and is equipped with a large smart TV (Netflix account installed) and soundbar soundsystem.
