Spent a nice and relaxing girls weekend here. This stay is definitley somones home and not just an off the shelf air bnb stay. it had everything we needed and more, including a pre heated hot tub, robes, plush towels and some of the most comfortable beds!! We would most definatley stay here or at any of Ben's other listing's.

Fantastic place to stay, especially for young kids. Extra bunk beds, toys, step stools, crib, sleds in the yard - the kids felt like they were at Disneyland. The place was also spotless, and extremely well stocked. No shortage of soap, towels, TP, paper towels, etc. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay here again!

Awesome house - super fresh and clean in a great location to reach all that the Truckee and Donner areas have to offer. Everything was as described and the place was cozy - our whole family loved it and we hope to come back and visit again. Thanks for everything Ashlyn.

Kevin was, truly, the ideal host—warm, thoughtful, and truly attentive in a way that made our stay feel extra special. He was quick to respond anytime we had a question, and his communication was not only clear, but also kind and welcoming, striking that rare balance of being clear, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were effortless—the best I’ve ever experienced—and every interaction left us feeling cared for and confident that we were in good hands. The home itself was clean, thoughtfully designed, and tucked away in a beautiful, quiet location, making it the perfect place to unwind. The large outdoor space was peaceful and inviting, and we especially enjoyed the arcade—it was such a fun bonus and added to the relaxing, playful atmosphere. Every part of the experience reflected Kevin’s care and intention as a host. We left feeling grateful, rested, and already talking about when we could return. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to others!

Tobias could not have been more helpful! I was not too familiar with the area and he really took me by the hand and gave me all the advice and support I needed. I felt well taken care of.

Beautiful home and the walk down to the lake in the morning was amazing. All the beds in the master was pretty cool and the shower was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Mark and Chelsea’s cabin. The spa and flat back yard were lovely. Everything was cozy. My only suggestion would be to offer guests the garage during winter. This was the first cabin we stayed in where the garage was not offered to us as guests and we spent a lot of time shoveling and blowing snow to get our car out of the 44 inches of snow that accumulated constantly over our 3 night stay. That combined with the long steep driveway and the plow blocking us in each day by dumping the driveway snow in front of the parked car outside the garage wasn’t totally ideal, but on the bright side the powder was amazing for skiing, sledding, and building snowmen so hard to complain too much bc we had a great trip!

Our trip was amazing, the house was great, very accommodating for a family of 5, plus our dogs. Adrian was super responsive and communicative, even before our stay he sent us a list of activities to do, local grocery store, dog friendly walking trails, and so much more. Overall amazing experience!!!

Overall a wonderful home base for shoulder season in Tahoe. Our group with dogs and babies all enjoyed the stay. Some of the random kitchen utensils were a bit tired (we may have had to wrestle with cans given the provided can opener 😅) but all in all we had a great time.

We were visiting friends living in the area and wanted to go together to Lake Tahoe with our toddler and their dog. Alberto’s place could not have been more perfect for our setup, and the communication was excellent to make us feel at home when we arrived at the amazing house. Would thoroughly recommend this place for any families staying in the area.

What a wonderful place to get together with friends and family. The house is spacious and has many toys and board games. We went during the tail end of winter, as described, there was a slope in the backyard where we were able to sled from it! Hopefully we can go back to it again next winter!

We all absolutely loved the space! We came with our dogs and friends for a relaxing weekend in the Tahoe-area. The living space was perfect for cozy board games and making delicious and elaborate meals. We loved the big dining room table that provided for fun nights together. The outdoor space was great for playing in the snow with our dogs. And there were a lot of dog friendly areas nearby. We would definitely return for more fun in the snow at Kate's place!

Andy’s place was perfect for our winter getaway! Huge thank you for helping make our trip easy and stress-free.

Could not have had a better experience! Meridith was very proactive and answered almost immediately when we had questions. The location of the house in the Tahoe-Donner is great for walks and hikes without having to drive. We will be back soon!

This stay exceeded our expectations. Spent our Christmas here and left before our pop Christmas tree arrived in the mail. Thankfully, there was a Christmas tree along with other Christmas decorations already up, all throughout the house and outside. It made our holiday special. Also, the only kitchen we’ve seen fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils to make homemade meals. Thank you Brad for the attention to detail. There was absolutely nothing we needed during our stay. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Adam was a flexible and friendly host to our multiple family of young children and pets. Instructions for everything was very clear and he accommodated all our needs and requests in a responsive and reasonable manner. The chalet was well-equipped, cozy, clean and tidy. Also easy to find and close to the highway, gas station, store, pizza and sled park. Overall, we had a great time.

The Hart House was a perfect place to celebrate our two friend's getting married. The house was beautiful, inside and out! The meadow and the pond were such a nice place to unwind and relax from our busy city jobs. We picked some herbs from the garden for our meals and enjoyed the fire pit at night. The beds were cozy and kitchen had everything we needed. Would recommend this amazing stay to anyone looking to house a group of nature lovers!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Janet’s place. It was peaceful, relaxing, beautiful and comfortable. The home was spotless and well equipped with everything our family of five needed. We cooked many of our meals at the cabin. The location is minutes from Graeagle and is located on the Feather River. There are many places to sit and relax around the property and on the banks of the river. The indoor and outdoor furniture were both comfortable and plentiful (we don’t always find this). We could see the care and intention with everything in and around the cabin. Our family enjoyed the deck in the morning and evening and had wonderful meals and game time at the large dining table. It was a very hot during part of our stay (we stayed for five days) and there were fans in all rooms; the cabin stayed nice and cool. Janet and Kristin were always responsive and helpful. We highly recommend and hope to return soon.
