We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.

With direct access to a private beach, you can enjoy endless days of sand, sea, and sunshine!

Historic Smith House, authentic cottage

Originally built in 1925, our renovation provides all the modern conveniences while maintaining its true southern “old Grayton” charm. Guests love the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, wood floors, large screened porch, and the vintage Florida decor. We have a 7-night minimum during the Summer, with a Saturday check-in, and 3-night min during most of the year. The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons, including infants and toddlers.

Welcome to Southern Comfort in the Prominence community located on 30A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. This chic 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is the perfect venue for family and friends. Easy access to the beach via golf cart or bicycles. This home has a fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, Full over Queen Bunk, sleeper sofa in Living Room, Wifi, TVs in every room, and a Golf Cart!

A modern beach cottage settled in a quaint neighborhood of 30A. Less than 1/2 mile from the white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. We boast one of the best beach accesses on 30A. Gulfview Heights Beach access is also close to coastal dune lake Draper Lake just a short walk down the beach. $75 pet fee ( per pet, max 2)
