Anemosyrma

Anemosyrma is a traditional beach house in the magnificent island of Milos. Located in the small picturesque village of Agios Konstantinos, Anemosyrma (“anemos” greek word for wind & “syrma” for Melian boat house) is actually the upper floor of a traditional “syrma”, where people used to drag and store their boats to be protected from the sea. The apartment of 50m2 in an open space plan, has a balcony overlooking the sea and it preserves a modern country style featuring unique Cycladic elements.

Welcome to my home in Pollonia, the Arokaria Sea Home! It's a beachfront house with amazing sea view in a quiet area of Pollonia, just 20m off the beach and 5' off the center of the village. This is my home, where I can unwind and hope that my guests will also find their stay calming and relaxing, with carefully selected furniture and objects from my travels. I look forward to offering you the atmosphere of my home and sharing the thrilling experience that is to live in my hometown, Pollonia.

Sunset Mansion

Where history meets modern design… Welcome to our “Sunset Mansion”. This is a fully renovated luxurious contemporary house of the 1840s, previously owned by nobles of the traditional settlement of Plaka. High ceilings, very ample spaces,, a veranda offering a unique sunset view and a design which combines simplicity and luxury are some of the key aspects characterizing this special house. We can welcome up to eight guests, each one featuring its own private bathroom.

We named our beach house after Amfitriti, who according to Greek mythology was the Goddess of sea, spouse of god Posidon and mother of all sea creatures. On the beach of Pachaina, between the sandy bay and the white rocky formations, Amfitriti house offers you comfort and calmness for your summer holidays. Enjoy moments of relaxation, in the interior of the house, as well as the unique paved courtyard, that give you the sense of being aboard a ship.

A 2-bedroom apartment (without a living room), ideal for families, companies, or groups with a pet! Centrally located, in walking distance to Pollonia village. The bedrooms have each their own bath and balcony. So in total of two balconies each of 4,5sq m in size. One of the balconies has sea view will the other has partial sea view. There is also a small kitchen available

In the heart of Adamas the port of Milos we have this lovely fully renovated apartment from the 1820. The house is in two levels with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms lounge dinning area and kitchen. Built at a beautiful location in the picturesque village of Pollonia, Maison Esperia offers free, limitless sea view towards the Aegean sunset which will amaze you. The maisonette is only a few steps away from the center of the village. Built in 2020, it is an ideal choice for couples or families since it can accommodate up to 5 people.

The house was designed by local architects and is a typical example of Cycladic architecture. It consists of two bedrooms and a third room which includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area. The bathroom is very large and has a washing machine. The balcony has a living area, a dining area and offers unlimited view!

Manolis And Filio Home -By The Sea

Μanolis and filio home by the sea is on the first floor while on the ground floor there is another independent home (belongs to another owner) The building is right in front of the beach, where you can swim with the most beautiful the sunset. The home is 5 minute walk from Alogomandra, one of the most exciting beaches in Milos.

Blue Suite

The Blue Suite is a spacious suite with one double bed, one sofa and an attic with 2 single beds, a small kitchen and one bathroom. It belongs to the Captain Zeppos Boutique Suites and Villa complex on the waterfront of the traditional village Pollonia. The Blue Suite has amazing sea view and a large and comfortable balcony.
