Eagle Point on the Bay

Waterfront with pier, dock, our home and grounds are nestled on a secluded salt marsh tidal creek between the Intracoastal Waterway and Run of Little Creek tidal creek and across from Eagle Point Golf Club. Enjoy kayaking, fishing and crabbing for fun. Bicycle and walk on our quiet, dead-end street. Privacy and nature, yet with nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, boating opportunities. Nearby is the historic city of Wilmington on the Cape Fear River. Parties and events are not allowed.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!

This studio guest house has a private entrance. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker with a grinder with coffee for your stay and cups for the morning cup of joe.
