The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is a comfy one room king bed cottage with a porch overlooking the pond. A private full bath is close but not attached (attached to our home for plumbing purposes, but you have a private entry). The paved path is well lit. The cottage is insulated, heated,air conditioned, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv used with your accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want to interact/need anything.

Gosling Retreat at Goose Bay is located on the Susquehanna River at the north end of Goodyear Lake, just 10-15 minutes from Cooperstown. There is an easy boat launch on the property, and a canoe and kayak are provided for your use! A three-season sunroom on the back of the house is the perfect place to relax and recharge with your family or someone special.

The home has been recently updated with a new kitchen, bathroom, sunroom, deck, mattresses and linens. It has an open floor plan with 3 smart T.V.s & comfy leather couch. The owner operates the kayak shop next door and is readily available if need be; free kayak lessons are included also.
