Using a contemporary style to blend with the wonderful wilderness all around, our house is set in an oasis of calm just 3 minutes away from the shopping, restaurants and bars, and features a panoramic view of the mystical island of Tavolara. It is in excellent condition and offers 2 double bedrooms with closet and a room with double sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms with shower. Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.
