A stand-alone, stone-built studio with its own spacious patio, under two Eucalyptus trees providing generous shade all day long, with views to Chroussa village and the sea. Stylishly decorated with antique Greek furnishings, it features traditional accommodation and radiates a homely warmth. Relax in the hammock while sipping our home-made wine or read a book under the cicada chirp, that’s our definition of Greek summer! Too hot a day? Nelly's Dream

A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

House 20m from the beach(Syros island)

Enjoy the unique experience that the location of this summer house offers you,just in front of the beach, relax on the large veranda with the sea view and swim in the clear Aegean Sea. The house lacated in the south of the island , from where you can start your excursions , either by car or by public transportation. There is a bus stop near the house and connection between Hermoupolis(the capital town), the port and other villages and beaches. Feel like home and enjoy your stay at my place !

Traditional Medieval Stone house in "Ano Syros"

Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.

Αυτός ο ευρύχωρος και καλαίσθητος χώρος 30 τμ, είναι ιδανικός για ευχάριστες και ήρεμες διακοπές. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι τρία άτομα (δύο ενήλικες και ένα παιδί). Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στον κεντρικό δρόμο Ποσειδωνίας - Μέγα Γιαλού, σε κοντινή απόσταση από τις παραλίες Μέγα Γιαλού, Αμπέλας, Φετουρή, Αγκαθωπών και εξυπηρετείται άμεσα από τη δημόσια συγκοινωνία. Η θέα προς τον κόλπο του Φοίνικα είναι μαγευτική. Στην ατομική βεράντα θα απολαύσετε δροσερά πρωινά και μαγευτικά ηλιοβασιλέματα

The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea.
