Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Unser Haus ist allergikerfreundlich. Das Haus bietet: vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche mit Kaffeevollautomat, Toaster, etc.. Auf dem Dach ist eine PV-Anlage mit Batteriespeicher mit der die Energieversorgung des Hauses und der hochmodernen Luftwärmepumpe klimafreundlich und rund um die Uhr gewährleistet ist!

Es gibt wundervolle Badeseen, Königsschlösser, mittelalterliche Burgruinen und viele kulturelle Verastaltungen. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen, freistehenden und unverbauten Lage. Herrlichem Bergblick und wunderschöner Natur. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

Die ruhige Ferienwohnung liegt in Prem. Prem am Lech liegt an der Grenze zum Ostallgäu im oberbayerischen Pfaffenwinkel inmitten einer herrlichen Voralpenlandschaft. In näherer Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Badeseen. Ihre 84qm große Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. OG mit eigenem Balkon. Einteilung : Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, WC.

Romantische Gartenwohnung am Wildbach Halblech

Das liebevoll eingerichtete, lichtdurchflutete Appartement mit eigenem Hauseingang vom Garten aus ist in einem Siedlungshaus am Halblech gelegen. Es ist 43 qm groß, Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind nicht durch eine Türe getrennt. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Paare oder Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Ein Doppelbett, 180 x 200, und eine Schlafcouch 140 x 195 bieten ausreichend Platz. Die kleine Kochnische ist mit Induktions-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und Spüle ausgestattet.

Restaurants and a supermarket are within 5 minutes walking distance. Neuschwanstein Castle can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Gas barbecue Grill are available free of charge.

"Klein aber fein" wohnen am Hopfensee, ruhige Lage

Erlebe die Riviera des Allgäus in diesem modern ausgestattetem Appartement mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und fußläufig zum Hopfensee. Morgens kann man auf der Terasse mit Bergblick seinen Kaffee genießen. Vom Haus aus kann man mehrere kleine Wanderungen starten (z.B. zur Burgruine oder zum Faulensee), ansonsten ist man natürlich auch schnell in den Bergen.

Es sind die zwei schönsten und sonnigsten Räume im Haus ,vom großen Balkon hat man eine gute Sicht auf die umliegende Berge.
