The cabin is less than a half mile to Big Sandy Creek where are you can launch your kayak and enjoy a day on the water! We do provide for kayaks for our guests, Life vests are not included but can be rented at padlz, located beside the launch ramp. Fishing, boating nearby and minutes away from dream Mountain Ranch where you can hunt trophy elk and deer!

This stylish and unique place sets the stage for a memorable trip. Nestled in a horseshoe bend in Cheat River, this historic town was once a great rail center on the old Baltimore & Ohio Railroad. A local banker and merchant built the house in the golden steam era. It features many of its original turn-of-the-century Victoria features, including oak woodwork, high ceilings, Chestnut flooring, and a wide stairway to the second level. This is the most popular suite at the Lodge.
