Our "Borgo" (FARM HOLIDAYS VILLAGE) is a characteristic 17th century cottage all surrounded by very big private gardens with charming POOL & solarium facing on mountains. Located in the core of Abruzzo region, nestled between the high MOUNTAINS of two of the largest NATIONAL PARKS in Europe ("Majella" and "Gran Sasso"), it's only 30 minutes drive from BEACHES and important cities & services. The hosts know well and love their territory and are always available to propose tailor-made itineraries.

Log cabin with great view

The cosy log cabin is located separately on a small-scale nature campsite, between ancient olive trees. The hut has a living area including a kitchenette and a sleeping area for two people. Around the cabin you can see the peaks of the Gran Sasso on one side and the high mountains of the Majella on the other side. At the terrace there's a lot of privacy. The municipal access road to the site is a little steep. Within walking distance you can find a pizzeria and during the weekend an agriturismo.

IL PAGLIAIO away from it all and just for two

Live an authentic experience in an unspoiled rural place! Il Pagliaio is an old barn hidden in a peaceful secular olive grove overlooking Mount Maiella. Set high on a hill it is away from it all but it is only 3km from Tocco da Casauria village, 5km from the highway, 45km from the main local town Pescara. Relax under the shade of a hundred olive trees or head off to discover the surroundings. The inside is an open space in a simple and basic style, reflecting the rural spirit of the place.

Immerso nella natura dei Monti Simbruini, potrete riscoprire un ambiente antico e naturale ispirato ai primi ‘900. Non troverete i confort di una stanza d’albergo, ma l’esperienza unica di passare un week end ritrovando le antiche usanze della cultura contadina. Illuminazione con candele, riscaldamento cucina e acqua calda con stufa a legna, acqua del pozzo con antica pompa manuale. Non troverete una wifi ma un connessione tra voi stessi e la natura. 2 adulti e 1 bambino

Trekkershut in het bosje op kleine natuurcamping

De blokhut heeft het geweldige uitzicht op het hooggebergte van de Apennijnen en een hoge veranda tussen de Acaciabomen. De hut is 2 m. bij 3 m. en de veranda is 3 m. bij 3 m. Er is een opklapbaar tweepersoonsbed inclusief bedlinnen, dekens, kussens, gasstel en eenvoudig keukeninventaris. Buiten is een zitje en een picknicktafel. De geasfalteerde toegangsweg is een beetje steil en de parkeerplaats bevindt zich bovenaan het terrein. Af te raden om in het donker aan te komen.

Tiny House Rocca di Sotto

This cabin offers a lot of privacy with a view of the high mountains of Gran Sasso and the Majella. The log cabin is next to the forrest and below a huge oak tree. It's on a small small bio campsite with 10 are of land off Rocca di Sotto. It has the measures of 5 by 2.5 meters. Gas, water and electricity are available and there is a basic kitchenette with fridge, a double bed, bed linen and towels. There is a little heater.
