Province of Pescara : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Paola and Alessio were great hosts. Alessio welcomed us warmly and went out of his way to assist us with transportation when we left. The apartment is well located directly across from the beach and with lots of nearby restaurants. It has large comfortable bedrooms and is clean and well presented.

Fabia è stata davvero gentile e disponibile su tutto! Si è manifestata pronta anche a venirci incontro in una situazione di emergenza. La ringraziamo tanto e saremo sicuramente ancora suoi ospiti!

we spontaneously decided to stay 2 nights in Pescara. from the first moment on, Raffaele was super helpful and actively communicating with us. the apartment was very spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. also the kitchen provided everything necessary. The only little minus is the noise from the street which is a bit busy. but with windows closed it didn't bother us. we loved the time in Pescara and felt very at home in the apartment. strongly recommend Raffaeles place, he is a great host.

Appartamento accogliente, ampio e situato in una zona strategica, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro. Host super cordiale e disponibile, dandoci utili consigli su come godere al meglio la nostra permanenza nella città.

Tutto perfetto, come sempre. Alessio si è dimostrato come sempre ultra dispponibile per qualsiasi bisogno. Apprezzo molto che lasci in casa sempre qualcosa per la colazione, caffè, bevande anche se non sarebbe tenuto a farlo. L'appartamento in un ottima posizione, vicina a tutto quello che può servire, stazione, mare, negozi di alimentari, una posizione perfetta direi. Host gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi problema dovesse verificarsi durante il soggiorno. Flessibile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza di check-in e check-out. Spero di tornare a soggiornare in questo appartamento. Grazie!

Fabio è una persona davvero gentile e super disponibile! Ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre richieste , casa pulita e completa di tutto il necessario. Posizione centrale, adiacente alla zona pedonale dove la sera è ricca di bar e posti in cui mangiare. Nonostante la vicinanza della zona pedonale non abbiamo mai sentito il “ trambusto” delle vociare delle persone . Grande posteggio a pagamento a 1 minuti a piedi dall’ appartamento , vicinanza anche ai supermercati per poter fare la spesa.

I Booked this late because Alessia of "House by the sea and city center” cancelled me very late from a months old booking when little but this remained, albeit more expensive, no dishwasher and not near my friends... all personal issues, of course, and may not apply to everyone. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, well equipped (exept no dishwasher), near the beach and spotlessly clean. Check-in was a bit bumpy and at this price point it would have been nice to be met rather communicating by whats app. Once in, it went well. Elena was always available and most responsive and helpful with apartment info and info about Pescara. Whats app queries were were answered almost instantly. Very comforting. Although listed in the description, there was no microwave. After I pointed that out to the hosts, a microwave arrived in 24 hours. Like I said - responsive. My personal quibbles aside, this apartment is very nice, very comfortable and the hosts are most accommodating.

Don’t hesitate! This location is convenient to the best Pesca has to offer. Museums, shopping, public transportation and restaurants

The two night stay at Ferdinando’s was excellent! It had the a great space for relaxing with family and friends and everything was well equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for getting to the beach and the shops and the train station on departure. Thank you for this stay at your beautiful apartment.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Simonetta zelf. We voelden ons direct thuis en ze gaf ons de nodige uitleg van de accommodatie. Mochten we nog iets nodig hebben, qua taxi, fietsen, … dat regelde ze dat voor ons. Ik zou er zo zelf kunnen wonen in het verblijf, heel gezellig en knus. Gelijk het op de foto’s te zien is. Strand is op wandel afstand. Ik kan geen min punten opnoemen eigenlijk die wij hebben ervaren tijdens het verblijf. Super verblijf en super host. Dank je wel Simonetta voor het warme onthaal.

Parfait! Petit appartement au rdv d’une maison calme . Bien situé, propre et bien équipé. Alessandro est réactif et très gentil. Je recommande ce logement.

Апартаменти Роберти виявилися кращими, ніж на фото. Просторні чисті кімнати, ортопедичні матраци, м'які подушки, чиста коттонова білизна і полотенці. Для чоловіка було місце, де він працював онлайн. До моря 5 хвилин ходьби. До магазину 135 метрів, а до перукарні 30м. Поряд наш улюблений ресторан Azzuro, куди ми ходимо вже 3й рік. Роберта- мила, красива, доброзичлива. На всі питання відповідає люб'язно і негайно. Рекомендую. Ми обов'язково повернемося.

We had the best time at Tom and Linzi’s house. From all the attention before arrival and during our stay to the perfect cleanliness and equipment of the cottage including the private pool, everything was better than imagined and we’ll gladly come back. Thanks again, Edoardo & Lucia

È già la seconda volta che usufruisco di questo appartamento che ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa anche solo per una notte. Persone gentilissime e appartamento pulito e confortevole!

It’s a really nice place right next to the beach. The bus stop is about 3 mins walk away, lots of restaurants in the area and a grocery shop 10 mins walk away. The flat is equipped with everything you’d probably need. Marco was very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend :)

Ich kann dieses Haus mit dem großartigen Garten nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und waren angenehm überrascht, wie schön und komfortabel alles war. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und herzlich, und haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

We loved this place, perfect for a group of friends.

We stayed at Fabrizio's apartment for more than a month. Everything was absolutely perfect! Fabrizio's dad is a sweetest person, he helped us with literally everything ☺️The location is just top, there is a view of both mountains and the seaside from the terrace. You have pizzeria da Michele and amazing ice cream place just 5 min walk away, and there is even a supermarket in the building. Apartment is clean and spacious, there is everything you would need. 100% recommended!

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem i jak na zdjęciach. Okolica spokojna - szczególnie poza sezonem. Giovanni jest świetnym gospodarzem - podał bardzo dokładne instrukcje zameldowania, przesłał listę rekomendowanych atrakcji i restauracji, błyskawicznie odpowiadał na wszelkie pytania, np. o najbliższą wypożyczalnię rowerów. Polecamy.

Abbiamo alloggiato una notte nella casa di Chiara, tutto è stato perfetto, pulizia e comunicazione. L alloggio nuovo è in posizione fantastica sul lungomare e pochi minuti da negozi e ristoranti. Chiara un host eccellente, spero di ritornare nuovamente in questa struttura.

We only stayed one night at Francesca’s apartment, but it was enough to feel how special and welcoming she is. From the very first message, she was incredibly kind and helpful, making everything easy for us. You can feel how much care she puts into every detail — not just in the apartment, but also in how she treats her guests. The place is full of light, beautifully decorated, and perfectly clean. The balcony with sea view was such a gift — we sat there just taking in the sound of the waves and feeling completely relaxed. Even for a short stay, it felt like a peaceful escape. We had time to rent bikes and cycle along the coast to Marina di San Vito, which was absolutely beautiful — an easy, scenic ride that we would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. Thank you again, Francesca, for your warmth and hospitality — it was short but sweet, and we truly hope to come back one day for a longer stay!

Che dire? Mi sono trovato in un appartamento che pareva mio da sempre. Fornito di tutto, ma proprio tutto. Dettagli curati, pulitissimo, arredato con gusto, confortevole al top. Alessandro un ragazzo disponibile educato e cordiale. I miei complimenti sinceri. Nicola

La stanza è davvero centralissima, perfetta per chi vuole vivere il centro città a piedi! L'ambiente è bello, arredato con gusto e accogliente. In generale la pulizia era buona, anche se ho trovato un po' di polvere in alcuni angoli. Il letto era leggermente scomodo, ma comunque adatto per soggiorni brevi. Fabrizio è stato fin da subito molto disponibile e gentile. Nonostante questi piccoli dettagli, consiglio assolutamente questa struttura per la sua posizione imbattibile e l'atmosfera piacevole!
