Province of Pistoia : locations de vacances avec terrasse

L’appartamento è stato veramente molto molto pulito, l’ambiente silenzioso e tranquillo. La proprietaria è una signora molto disponibile, gentile e carinissima, nessuna attesa inutile per il check in e il check out, sicuramente un posto consigliato!

Der Weg zur Unterkunft war etwas Abenteuerlich aber die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist ein Traum. Morgens dort Frühstücken und Abends mit einem guten Wein den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man für einige Tage benötigt. Wir waren mit dem Auto dort durch das Tor und die Kameraüberwachung fühlt man sich sehr sicher. In der Ortschaft findet man einen kleinen Lebensmittel laden und in den umliegenden Ortschaften mehrere Supermärkte sowie super Anbindung zur Autobahn die nach Pisa oder Florenz führt. Lorenzo ist ein super Gastgeber und hilft wo er nur kann. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit dort und können jedem die Wohnung empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Merci à Camilla pour ces instructions toujours claires et sa réactivité. Même si nous avons été en autonomie, la proactivité de Camilla par messages, toujours agréables et bienveillants, nous a donné l'impression d'être accueillis en personne. L'appartement est agréable, spacieux et situé dans une zone très calme. Sa situation à mi-chemin entre Pise et Florence est idéale pour visiter ces deux sites majeurs de la belle toscane. Nous recommandons cette adresse et n'hésiterons pas à nous y arrêter à nouveau si l'occasion se présente.

Soggiorno perfetto! La struttura è pulitissima e ben organizzata. Il check-in è stato rapidissimo e lo staff è sempre stato molto disponibile e cordiale. Assolutamente consigliato!

Excellent séjour dans la petite villa de Laura, Elisabetta, et Monica ! Le logement, situé au calme dans un cadre de campagne, est propre, très bien équipé et dispose d'un climatiseur et de moustiquaires pour ne pas souffrir de la chaleur en période estivale. Le logement se démarque clairement par d'excellents atouts avec sa petite piscine (un vrai plus en été !!), sa balançoire, de petits hamacs et ses bacs de jardins accessibles pour se servir en herbes aromatiques et tomates cerises (un vrai plaisir pour la cuisine !). L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter des richesses de la Toscane en 30 minutes de voiture minimum pour rejoindre les villes d'intérêt les plus proches. Même si le logement gagnerait à être complété avec un livret d'accueil présentant la région et les activités disponibles, Monica a toujours su se montrer très réactive, complète et amicale pour répondre à nos questions pour les visites ! Logement plus que recommandé pour une escapade toscanne en toute sérénité !

Très belle villa, spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Merci à Paul pour ses précieux conseils, ses recommandations et ses instructions envoyés à l’avance. Nous avons pu profiter de notre séjour grâce à l’emplacement de cette villa.

Wynajęliśmy oba domy. Do własnej dyspozycji był basen z ogrodem. Widok gór, cisza, cudownie. 550 metrów do sklepiku i małej knajpki z lokalnym jedzeniem. To tak naprawdę urocza mała wieś. Domy czyściutkie, odświeżone. Widać, że właścicielka dba o gości. Czekał na nas miły poczęstunek. Jeśli ktoś szuka rozrywek to niestety nie w tej miejscowości. Jedyny minus domu to temperatura, mimo otwartych okiennic budziliśmy się w nocy Rozkład domów: W jednym domu (tym z balkonem), jest pokój dzienny z łazienką na parterze, potem jest kuchnia l i z pokojemj gdzie stoi piętrowe łóżko i podwójne, na kolejnej kondygnacji: trzeciej ( niestety nie ma drzwi i ściany, otwarta przestrzeń) podwójne łóżko i to w tej sypialni było najcieplej. W drugim domu były dwie kondygnacje ( ten dom z wyjściem na ogród i basen): na parterze pokój dzienny z kuchnią i łazienką a na górze dwie sypialnie. W tych sypialniach też było ciepło. Dało się wytrzymać ( temperatury były na dworze po ok. 34/36 stopni).

La casa è molto grande e bella. Eravamo due famiglie (9 persone) e per noi la sistemazione è stata perfetta. Super attrezzata, non mancava nulla. La piscina è stata molto apprezzata anche se si affacciava sulla strada e si sentiva il rumore del passaggio dei veicoli, ma questo non ci ha creato nessun disagio. Nelle foto manca un gazebo che ci ha permesso di vivere meglio l’area esterna. I vicini sono stati fin da subito molto cortesi e disponibili, e ci hanno fatto conoscere il loro simpaticissimo cane con cui abbiamo giocato volentieri. Giuseppina ha sempre risposto in breve tempo a tutte le nostre domande e ha fornito anche una sorta di libricino con alcune attività consigliate da svolgere in zona. Ci torneremmo molto volentieri!

Super friendly host. Always available. Great tips on where to eat and went over an above when one of us left our phone in the restaurant to get it back. Lovely view and outise space. Inside extremely spacious - a little dated, but that was to be expected and did not bother us. If you're looking for an authentic italian get-away near Florence, with great views and a great host then I'd recommend.

o cazare minunata, unde gasesti tot ce ai nevoie, mâncarea la barul din sat Marina a fost foarte gustoasa iar atmosfera te duce în povestea Italiei de acum zeci de ani. Cu siguranță vom recomanda prietenilor

The house is lovely, very private and has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail. We especially loved the outside area (although we were a little unlucky with the weather in mid-September and couldn't use it much). The upstairs bedrooms are very spacious and airy with gorgeous views from the balconies, bathrooms are nice and clean and the downstairs kitchen is well equipped and cozy (also comes with a pantry which is super helpful for storage). Some basic food supplies were also provided. The downstairs living room area was overall a little darker than we expected because the windows aren't that large, but I would reckon that keeps the house nice and cool on hot summer days. Valentina was a perfect host - super quick to reply, very helpful and always keen to solve any problems that arose. Would definitely recommend staying here! 🩷

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno! L'appartamento si trova vicino al centro, a due passi dalla Galleria dell'Accademia, in una zona dove c'è meno affollamento di turisti. È un appartamento rinnovato di recente, ben arredato, confortevole, pulito e più ampio di quello che si percepisce dalle foto. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie per soggiorni medio-lunghi e Andrea, l'host, è stato molto ospitale e disponibile. Molto utile il piccolo ascensore, visto che l'appartamento si trova ai piani alti.

Les 2 gros points forts de ce logement : l'emplacement car la ligne de bus et le tram pour le centre de Florence sont dans la rue, et le calme. Vraiment idéal pour laisser la voiture dans le parking privé et découvrir Florence. L'arrivée était très facile car Daniela a vraiment laissé les informations d'entrée pour le parking et l'appartement. Le logement correspond aux photos, il est propre et la terrasse est un bonus pour être bien au calme !! Merci Daniela

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral! Zum Bahnhof Pisa Centrale kommt man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, wo wir nach Lucca und Florenz fuhren. Pauline war immer schnell erreichbar und gab uns unzählige tolle Tipps :) Leider haben uns nachts die Mücken sehr genervt, obwohl das Fenster immer verschlossen war. (fiese Dinger)

We had a great stay at Antonio’s apartment. The location was so perfect, everything we wanted to do was pretty much walkable or a short taxi ride, which were easy to get if needed. The outdoor areas off of the bedroom and living room are private and serene with great views. Host was responsive and accommodations were comfortable. The shower and the kitchen are very small, but that seems pretty typical in Italy. If you don’t plan to do much cooking, it’s perfect for light prep and morning coffee. We were very happy with the value and would book again. Thank you!

Our stay at Alessandra's apartment was great! very comfortable and bright apartment with a refreshing terrace, had everything we needed for our stay in Florence. The location was perfect for exploring the city while also being a quiet retreat for the end of the day.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

Sabina’s place was perfect!!! 13 minutes walk away from The Leaning Tower and resturant’s. The apartment was spotlessly clean, not a spec of dust anywhere. Beautiful surprise balcony which had the tower and dome in sight. And Sabina was the loveliest lady ever! So so kind. Thank you for having us even if it was just for the night! Couldn’t fault it! Xx
