Ideal for a couple, solo traveler or vacationer. The space has two laptop-friendly workspaces. wifi and TV. This is a junior one bedroom apartment in an old brick building. Photos show all seating areas. There is no designated living room. Please no pets, out of respect for others with allergies.

This is a very small, but newly renovated tiny house! 12' x 16' one room, queen bed, nice size shower and toilet with barn door for privacy in bathroom. Sit-up bar with two stools, smart TV with electric fireplace in the corner gives it a touch of romance! Loveseat with ottoman. Small loft that kids could sleep in for short stays. Small coffee pot, under counter fridge, and nice size mirror over farm sink.

It features two queen-size memory foam pillow-top beds with Egyptian cotton sheets and down blankets. Lightweight quilts are also available for warm sleepers. The kitchen is fully stocked and you can park in the 2-car garage. Plus we have added a large hot tub to the back patio and a privacy fence.
