Puerto Banús : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Estancia maravillosa en el apartamento que coincidía perfectamente con las fotografías del anuncio. Nunca habíamos estado en Estepona y fue un acierto este apartamento porque está situado en una zona tranquila y no escuchas ningún ruido, y es fácil ir al centro andando, o si te cuesta andar llegas en un momento en taxi. La playa del Cristo está a 5 minutos en coche y con muy buen aparcamiento. El piso está impecable y cuidado al detalle. Pernilla es una estupenda anfitriona que en todo momento nos contestaba los mensajes y nos facilitó lugares para ir a visitar. Sin duda, si volvemos a Estepona nos alojaremos en este apartamento.

L’appartement était magnifique avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Tout était très propre. Il était à proximité d’un arrêt d’autobus qui nous mène à Málaga. Je recommande fortement.

It’s a great apartment with incredible sea views. Very clean, spacious with lovely gardens and large pool. Very well maintained. Abi is a great host and very easy to deal with and very generous with her time

L’appartement est magnifiquement bien décoré. Résidence sécurisée et très propre. Il est très bien situé. Tout se fait a pieds : plage, mercadona, restaurants ou encore la Calle San Miguel. Le seul petit bémol c’est que l’on entendant très fort quand le voisin allait au toilette et quand il tirait la chasse d’eau y compris la nuit. Cela nous réveillait. Pensez aux boules quies

Tout était parfait,Daniel a accepté qu’on dépose nos valises vers 12h00.Ensuite il nous a dit que l’appartement était disponible vers 15h30 au lieu de 17h00.Du mobilier de qualité aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur.Même le petit électroménager était complet.Une très bonne literie. Je reviendrai dès que je pourrais.Merci Daniel,vous êtes un hôte sympathique et sérieux

A casa é muito bonita e acolhedora tem tudo o que é preciso para desenrascar, muito bem situada. Super calmo, não tivemos problemas com barulhos ou vizinhos. A piscina do condomínio estava suja e verde acabámos por não usufruir dela mas a nossa casa tinha um jardim privado super bonito que deu para a nossa bebé brincar segura nos finais de tarde. Havia algumas zonas da casa que a limpeza não estava a 100%, acredito que tenha sido talvez porque a empregada não teve tempo para tudo, quando lá chegámos à hora do check in ela ainda estava na casa, forno tinha restos de bolo caido no tabuleiro, fogão também tinha algumas manchas, por baixo da cama muito pó, casa de banho também tinha vidros e espelhos um pouco sujos, mas nada haver com a anfitriã ela foi super prestável, respondeu sempre muito rápido e até colocou-nos à vontade para passar pela casa antes do check in para deixar a comida que tinhamos levado para a bebé. No geral aconselho muito, e se voltarmos ficaremos sem dúvida aqui!

Das Haus hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Man ist direkt im Urlaubsmodus. Es gibt gleich drei unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten an denen man direkt am Haus die Sonne genießen kann. Die Anlage drum rum ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Uns hat die Lage gefallen. Es ist entspannt / ruhig und nicht weit weg von allem was man sehen will. Tolle Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise durch Andalusien. Sehr netter persönlicher Empfang. Immer wieder gerne!

Tilava huvila rauhallisella alueella. Majoitus vastasi kuvausta ja majoittaja vastasi viesteihin nopeasti jos jotain kysyttävää ilmeni. Huoneissa hyvin tilaa ja vessojen sekä suihkujen lukumäärä riittävä. Hyvänä lisänä se, että auton saa parkkiin lukkojen taakse, mikä helpottaa esimerkiksi aktiivilomaijoiden elämää kummasti!

Asunto oli tyylikäs, moderni ja sopivan kokoinen kuudelle hengelle. Asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Iso plussa taloyhtiön omasta parkkipaikasta, josta löytyi paikka joka päivä. Kokonaisuus oli aivan erinomainen.

Thank you for being a great! Parque Del Sol was a fantastic place. Beautiful gated community with good pool and close to many tourist destinations. Great place and can highly recommend to anyone coming to Marbella/Malaga region

Ria was a great host, super responsive, the property was very spacious and close to everything, Beach and centre of La Cala only a short walk away. Would definitely book again.

The apartment looked just like the photos. It was well-equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect for us. It’s a 2 min walk to a beautiful beach. The complex is well cared for with a lovely although freezing cold pool! It’s ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. We loved our stay.

We loved our stay in Marbella. It was very peaceful on top of the hill overlooking the ocean. The town was just a few minutes away. Aldi is just right down the road. Marbella is a beautiful town and I'm happier up on the hills. I would definitely recommend staying here. This is one of my favorite airbnbs to date.

Had a great time here. The apartment was really good and the location is super. Right in the center of restaurants and nightlife. Will book again if possible on my next trip.

Traumhaftes Appartment - wie auf den Fotos Der Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft - eine der schönsten Unterkünfte mit Blick aufs Meer Appartment super sauber, schön eingerichtet, tolle Betten Einweisungen waren klar und sehr gut nachvollziehbar - Karen war stets erreichbar und super hilfreich Restaurants in der Nähe - einige weiter weg, aber in Summe gute Auswahl Parkplatz vor der Tür - etwas abenteuerlich zu erreichen, aber man wächst mit seinen Aufgaben Einzige Kritikpunkte - trotz Höhe des Appartments und direkter Lage am Meer gibts Moskitos, die nachts nerven und die laute Autobahn im Hintergrund bei zu wenig Meeresrauschen trotzdem in Summe eine absolute Empfehlung - wir würden wiederkommen Danke Karen

The apartment is very comfortable and safe. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is a new built with spacious private parking in the garage under the building. City centre is located on the same street level (no stairs). Access to the beach across the street (via stairs). There is an elevator in the city centre that takes you to the beach for .50 cents. Located in a residential neigbourhood but close to shops, restaurant and beach. Fran, the caretaker, was of great help and always checking if we were okay. We had a fantastic week! Thank you Fran.

We had a gorgeous stay at Johana’s Airbnb. It actually surpassed the photos and was much bigger than expected, all of the rooms were spacious and bright and the house was very clean and modern. The complex is very beautiful and peaceful. I would definitely recommend Johana’s place!
