Recently nice remodeled small house, 1 story of 630 sq. feet. Two bedrooms and 1 full bath, kitchen-living-dinning. Parking space for 2 cars on street, located in a safe zone on main avenue. Everything takes you around 10 minutes to get to the beaches, banks, shopping center, cinema, hospitals & restaurants. Just one block from house you can find very delicious food and fresh groceries everyday.

My place is close to nearly everything,including nightlife, family-friendly activities,shopping,the public beach, public transport, the city center.It´s a traditional Mexican neighborhood with a Tortilla factory ,beauty salon,and Taco stand in front.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets).
