Apartment is also equipped with free air condition, TV-SAT,Free wifi. Parking near the house. For staying less than 4 nights ( Per calculated price / one fold ) a 30% higher price is charged.

Time to dream above the sea. An apartment on the top floor of a family house, with spectacular view, and I do mean spectacular views of the sea, the bay and also of the Old City Labin. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Half of the house is for rent, i.e. the right side (looking from the sea). The owner lives on the left side. The pool and terraces are available exclusively to guests.

Der beheizbare Pool steht ausschliesslich dem Gast zur Verfügung.
