Le nom du bâtiment "Kruma" signifie "détaillant d'articles généraux" et il s'agissait d'un ancien lieu de rencontre pour les jeunes et les moins jeunes qui venaient s'approvisionner en articles généraux. Le studio avec vue sur les montagnes se compose d'un coin salon, d'une cuisine bien équipée, d'un coin nuit ainsi que d'une salle de bains et peut donc accueillir 2 personnes.
