Ratschings : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Die Unterkunft war wirklich urig und entsprach genau der Beschreibung – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Anreise war ein kleines Abenteuer, aber dank der guten Beschreibung des Gastgebers war es gut machbar. Man muss allerdings mutig sein, um mit dem Auto durch die engen Gassen bis zur Haustüre zu fahren. Wir haben daher an der Kirche geparkt. Das Dorf ist super niedlich und der Gastgeber war sehr entgegenkommend, da er uns einen späteren Check-out ermöglichte – vielen Dank dafür! Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte wissen, dass die Kirchenglocken in der Nähe ziemlich gut zu hören sind. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt ganz toll und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Gallzein! Die Hütte ist ruhig gelegen und perfekt für ein paar Tage Erholung in den Bergen. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich völlig in Ordnung, nur in der Küche hätten wir uns ein paar mehr Schüsseln/ funktionsfähige Pfannen gewünscht. Aber absolut kein Punkt Abzug wert, die könnte man beim nächsten Mal auch einfach selbst mitbringen. Auto ist Pflicht und von A nach B oder zum Einkaufen zu kommen aber auch das ist ja normal. 😊

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

Byli jsme ubytováni s kamarády na zimní dovolenou. Skvělé umístění apartmánu a možnost využít skibus do lyžařského centra. Prostředí klidné a oceňuji skvělou čistotu. Perfektní komunikace od Mattia. Doporučuji!

Wunderschöner Blick von einer der Terrassen und ein wundervolles Haus für den Aufenthalt einer Familie 😍 Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen mit drei Kindern plus Hund 🐶 unterwegs zum Winterurlaub und das Haus ist perfekt für einen solchen Trip. Heidi ist super, was die Instruktionen angeht und es war alles da, um einen schönen Urlaub zu garantieren. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal dafür 👍

Lorenz was extremely helpful and kind to us, checking in with our time of arrival and even collecting us from the bus stop in town. He arranged a friend to assist with translating from Italian to English and vice versa when showing us the home - again, a kind and proactive gesture. The home is so very lovely and beautiful as well. My regret is that we could not stay for longer to enjoy the home and further explore nearby. I would like to come to stay again one day!

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit im Haus. Es ist wunderschön gelegen und der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Alles war blitzblank sauber und toll ausgestattet. Arianna ist eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin die uns viele Tipps für die Gegend gegeben hat. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

We enjoyed staying in this clean and cosy apartment which is situated just up the hill from the town centre, reached by steps or escalator. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the various treats and provisions left for us. We'd be pleased to stay there again in the future.

Irene persona fantastica! Appartamento decisamente bellissimo, pulito e con tutte le comodità che si hanno a casa. Camere spaziose, bagni grandi, spazi adatti ad una gestione ottimale di 6 persone. Posizione molto tranquilla, il torrente che scorre a pochi metri dal balcone crea un sottofondo perfetto per i momenti di relax. Posto auto sotto casa e un magnifico garage per un’altra vettura. Vacanza perfetta, assolutamente da ripetere. Grazie Irene e a presto!!!

Bella casa di montagna, funzionale e pulita. Impianti sciistici a 5 minuti a piedi. Contatto con l’ host facile e veloce. Ci torneremo. Molto consigliata

Eine gemütliche Wohnung mit viel Charme - das Highlight war der automatische Pelletofen, der morgens und abends für eine wohlige Wärme sorgte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très bel appartement à 5 minutes des pistes de ski de fond, à 2 minutes de l’épicerie et au cœur du village de Seefeld pour profiter des restaurants et des boutiques. Tout se fait à pied. Nous pouvions communiquer facilement avec l’hôte et le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Je vous le recommande!

Appartamento ben curato. Evidente che si tratti di un appartamento curato, oltre che nella ottima parte estetica, anche nell'ottica della funzionalità. Ad esempio, a differenza di altre esperienze, non manca mai la presenza di una presa di corrente, e l'illuminazione dove serve (vedi l'indispensabile illuminazione sotto pensile della cucina ahimé spesso assente !). Direi che tutto quello che potrebbe servirti è presente. E comunque l'host è completamente reattivo in caso venga segnalata la mancanza o la necessità di qualche accessorio (vedi ad esempio la fornitura della cucina). Host oltre che molto reattivo anche molto gentile e simpatico. Sulla ottima posizione del'appartamento, conoscendo da anni la località e le facility necessarie per la pratica dello sci, non avevamo dubbi.

Casa accogliente, ordinatissima e pulitissima. In inverno ben riscaldata. Antony è garbato, disponibile ed efficiente nelle risposte. Apprezzato il terrazzo. Consigliatissima.

What an absolutely beautiful spot! The views here are unmatched! We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time! The small hike / via ferrata behind the Airbnb was an added bonus! Super quiet and peaceful with the most amazing view of Mt Civetta and Pelmo! Stefano and Francesca were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had, they also shared video instructions for certain things! Definitely recommend staying at this beautiful place!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella chalet gli ultimi giorni di dicembre e i primi di gennaio Casa molto bella e pulita ottima posizione sia per la vista spettacolare che per la vicinanza alle piste Ci siamo trovati benissimo anche con un cagnolino di piccola taglia che ha girato nel grande giardino che circonda la casa Jacopo ragazzo disponibile e gentile Speriamo di tornarci presto

Ein großes, sauberes, sehr gemütliches Haus mit toller Terasse und Aussicht. Man fühlt sich gleich Zuhause. Die Umgebung ist auch traumhaft. Und Martin, ein guter, sehr netter , hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Unser Aufenthalt war super schön, eingenehm und erholsam.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der tollen Unterkunft. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Zu Beginn haben wir eine Führung durchs Haus bekommen und danach konnten wir auch schon den ruhigen Garten und den schönen Ausblick von dem Terrassen-Balkon genießen. Highlight war die Möglichkeit, die traumhafte Grillhütte paar Fahrminuten entfernt zu nutzen. Meine Schwester war auch sehr glücklich über den Wellnessbereich im Keller vom Haus 👌🏻

Our 16-day stay at this beautiful villa was absolutely amazing! In addition to its beauty, Villa d’Or is warm, cozy, comfortable, immaculately clean, and well-maintained. The hilltop location overlooking surrounding villages combines with the stunning backdrop of the Dolomites - to give the villa its spectacular setting. The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed the rural atmosphere while being within minutes of groceries, restaurants, a pharmacy - all we needed for our stay. Villa d’Or was a perfect home base from which we explored the region. It was also a perfect base for days of staying home and relaxing by a warm fire. Nicola is a fabulous host! He was very accessible whenever we had questions or needed recommendations. His advice on restaurants, gelaterias, and the neighboring towns was excellent and most appreciated. Also, Nicola speaks very good English - a big plus for two Americans who do not speak Italian! Our holiday at Villa d’Or exceeded all our expectations!

Wir haben unsere Zeit am Gardasee sehr genossen, besonders wegen Moritz‘ schöner Villa! Die Aussicht ist echt ein Highlight und wir waren auch von der sehr guten Ausstattung der Küche beeindruckt. Einfach perfekt – absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Das Haus war makellos sauber, liebevoll vorbereitet und es war wirklich an alles gedacht – von kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten über Fahrräder bis hin zu Spielen und Malbüchern für die Kinder. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich Zeit genommen, uns alles zu zeigen, tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben und den Check-in sogar früher möglich gemacht. Der Blick auf den Gardasee ist traumhaft, und der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight – wunderschön angelegt und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und Spielen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können Haus und Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

La casa es muy bonita, todo está muy cuidado y muy cómodo, tiene unas vistas increíbles Anna estuvo muy pendiente y tiene una persona súper linda a cargo. lo único es que la llegada es muy difícil, no es apto para personas mayores o con alguna discapacidad hay que bajar en una rampa de grava y para salir subirla. Susana te ayuda con las malestas pero es un poco complicado

Michael is a great host and was always reachable and helpful. The place is spacious and wonderful. Supermarket, cafe and a restaurant are all easily reachable by foot. We had a very pleasant and pleasurable stay.
