It is nestled on private acres shared by horses, goats, chickens and owners primary residence.

North Bend Downtown Suite is our studio suite with all the amenities of our larger townhomes except scaled down a bit – kitchen, dining area, stocked pantry, and smart TV with Xbox One. This one-bedroom mother-in-law apartment has a private entrance and parking space. Walk to the back of the house and you're on the banks of the South Fork of the Snoqualmie River. With easy access to all that North Bend and The Snoqualmie Valley has to offer. Easy access to I-90. We are 20 min by car to Bellevue and 30 min to Seattle with convenient proximity to World Cup 2026 games. Also 30 min to Redmond & Snoqualmie Pass and 40 min to Sea-Tac airport.
