Truman Loft

Truly one of a kind Historic property converted into a spacious, cozy loft in the heart of South KC. This 100-year-old space(5 min from HS Truman farm. He spoke on this stage on his first political campaign) has been completely rennovated with concrete countertops, beautifully vaulted ceilings, huge bathroom, built in workspace and even a fun kid's room. Large fully stocked kitchen with separate dinning area. Refrigerator with ice and water through the door. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washer and dryer laundry area. Plus an added bonus a fully stocked coffee bar. Also added is a EV 240 volt receptacle for charging EV over night.

Walkout basement apartment with private outside entrance, private queen bedroom, full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, separate office room (single bed is in the office) , lots of comfortable seating and full private bath. Plenty of natural daylight with full size windows and glass door in the apartment. Please be sure to review our house rules. There are not many, but they are important to adhere to.
