Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

La Terrazza

L'appartamento è semplice, accogliente, moderno ma con un tocco antico. Entrando in casa si trova una cucina open space con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari: un tavolo per i prodotti da colazione, un divano reclinabile e una Smart TV. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale e letto a castello con una bellissima vista sulla Scheggia. Nel bagno è presente una comoda doccia e set cortesia. Questo appartamento è perfetto per ospitare fino a quattro persone in un ambiente moderno e funzionale.

Villa di Creggio - immersa nella natura

Villetta immersa nella tranquillità e nella natura, inserita in ampio parco di antica villa affacciata sulla Val d’Ossola. L'alloggio è costituito da un ampio ed accogliente monolocale indipendente, open space di circa 30 mq appena ristrutturato, con vista sul giardino. Si trova nel piccolo borgo di Creggio, ai piedi dell’omonima torre medievale e del comune di Trontano, in posizione strategica, vicina all’imbocco della Valle Vigezzo e a soli 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Domodossola.

La Casa Valeggia est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme. La maison a de nombreuses fenêtres et est ensoleillée au-dessus du village de Maggia avec une vue sur la cascade de la vallée de Salto, entourée d'un jardin tropical clôturé avec une piscine. Il y a la possibilité de se baigner dans la rivière ou à la cascade. Recommandé pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité, les hikers et ceux qui recherchent l'intimité et le contact avec la nature. Casa Cincilla über dem Lago Maggiore

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
