The guesthouse is separate from the main home and located at the rear of the property. Enjoy a relaxed country atmosphere with horses and sheep grazing nearby, natural farm sounds and open surroundings. While private, this is a working rural setting rather than a fully secluded retreat. A comfortable and welcoming base , a perfect home away from home!

The changing seasons bring new things to discover, in spring you'll see baby lambs, in Summer pick delicious Mulberries, Autumn has the apple trees bursting with fruit and then there's free range eggs from the chooks all year round. We are located opposite a bushy reserve, about 3.5km to Mount Martha beach and local shops. With a beautiful bright outlook onto the garden and pool, it provides a restful stay. It's in an ideal location, close to nearby to beaches, wineries and great eateries that the Mornington Peninsula is famous for.
