Circuswagon in the garden

We have a beautifully restored circus wagons in the garden with us. It is equipped with a large bed, a small kitchen and bathroom. Before the circus wagon is a small terrace with outdoor kitchen and seating area under the roof you can sit comfortably even in bad weather. In our garden there is a nice barbecue, which is available at any time. Our circus wagon is in Kümpfmühl district, from there you can easily reached by bike in 10 minutes to the old town. Wenn like traveling on foot, you can be in a 30 minute walk into the city. It take two city buses in 10 minutes distance directly in front of our house and convenient to downtown or to the railway station. Here are some shopping in the area, as well as petrol station with long opening times. If you feel like you are comfortable chairs for relaxing under the trees in the garden, or swing to the bikes and enjoy the beautiful city. We look forward to guests who want to experience another unique city break.

Unsere liebevoll renovierte und sehr gut ausgestattete 2-Zimmer-Whg. im 2. St. der alten Papiermühle von 1539 bietet Gemütlichkeit und Komfort. Sie ist ca. 55 qm groß, sehr bequem für zwei, es können aber noch zwei weitere Personen gut untergebracht werden. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung steht noch ein Yoga- und Trainingsraum (ca. 30 qm) zur Verfügung und lädt ein zu Yoga, Meditation, Boxsacktraining und Tanz mit Spiegel und Balettstange. Nutzung auf eigene Gefahr, Eltern haften für ihre Kinder.

Familienfreundliche Apartments in der Hallertau (Niederumelsdorf bei Siegenburg), ruhig gelegen und nahe der A93. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Regensburg, Ingolstadt oder München. In Siegenburg (4 km) finden Sie Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Freibad. Für Familien stehen Fahrräder, Spielsachen, Tischtennis, Kicker und ein Spielbereich im Freien zur Verfügung. Unser 78m² großes Gästehaus bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Das Zentrum der Wohnung bildet das geräumige Wohn-/Esszimmer. Die Unterkunft verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, Dusche, Waschplatz und WC. Daneben gibt es noch ein seperates Gäste WC. Die geräumige Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Induktions-Kochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Filterkaffeemaschine und einem Kühlschrank mit separaten Tiefkühlfächern.

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.
