Michael is VERY proactive, responsive, and genuinely cares about your vacation. If you're headed to the beaches of Delaware, do NOT pass up this opportunity!!

Where to begin…the location was fantastic - a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Cape May. We took nightly walks on the beach, enjoying the sunset and even saw a few dolphins. The house was fantastic - clean, well-stocked, with extra helpful touches like a sunscreen bar and travel size tubes of toothpaste in case you forgot to pack some. The hot tub is very nice as well as the fire pit area. Heather was very responsive and helpful. Cape May is a beautiful town with lots to do - shopping, restaurants, light tower, Aviation Museum, Physick Estate (my personal favorite). The architecture in some neighborhoods is stunning. Would visit this area again and would definitely stay at this house again.

We had a great time with friends and family over the weekend at your house. it was perfectly sized and spacious. The added advantage of having access to the clubhouse was a perfect arrangement for kids. Sharing a very few things that we think can be improved upon - a. Given the winters are off peak time for this beach town and the fact that outdoor amenities are not usable such as Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball courts, the clubhouse rate is steep. b. Having to carry our own linens is not that big an issue but does add more luggage. at least towels should have been provided. c. None of the toilets had any toiletries. It was clarified before the trip that toiletries will be provided so we were caught off guard. d. The powder room which is the only toilet in the first floor, did not have Trash Can. Otherwise, it was a good outing. There was something to do for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed. Lynn was generous enough and allowed early check-in.

The apartment was sooo nice! Literally loved everything about it . Ian communication was amazing. The roads are dark at night , to the point you have to use your high beams. As soon as you get to the main road , it’s lit up and there are so many stores. The water could have been hotter but it was good enough to get washed . I would definitely stay here again! The home is beautiful & convenient to the beach

Five stars across the board! Great layout with lots of fun space inside and out. We travel with our two rescue dogs and appreciate the owners who welcome them. Great side yard for them to run around off-leash. Ample gates, lights and security in a beautifully decorated home. Second floor deck and sunroom were favorite spots to relax looking out at the water and watching the cute duck family swim the canal. The kitchen is very nice, especially love the fridge! Also a Wine cooler and an extra mini fridge available for those who need them. Was just me and my husband and two dogs; our adult daughter stopped by for two nights and had the whole second floor to herself. Next time, we could easily bring more family members as plenty of room for larger group. After a rough year, we needed the peace and quiet this location brings. Nice neighbors, too.

me and my wife stayed here with our 2pups willow and mazie. place was AMAZING for the dogs. fenced in back yard in and wrap around front porch that we ALL could enjoy neighbors were wonderful people and Dog lovers ❤️. James was a GREAT HOST. we actually got to meet him in person. I wish we could have spent more time talking. locationis KEY. run the dogs at fenwick beach then hop down downtown to plenty of restaurants and bars...we will definitely be back...thank you james

Had a great time with 7 friends, 2 dogs and an infant! Easy to walk downtown - and even though it was a rainy weekend the house was big and spacious for us to hang and plenty of proper utensils, pots and pans, cooking tools for us to enjoy staying inside! Definitely recommend the spot!

Outstanding communication and the stay was 100% as described. Beautiful place and the sites were amazing. I highly recommend Violet and her property! So very welcoming and clean! Just a short walk to the boardwalk and night life, then to be able to come back to have peace and quietness was so satisfying. Don’t hesitate to book this property! It’s a must!!

Felt super comfortable there. Everything was in walking distance beach, great restaurants bars and we even utilized the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Loved the coffee set up and the quite seating area on the water out back. We def would recommend and would love to stay again!

Imperia's place was the perfect walking distance to a nearby family gathering and a great location right in town with easy street parking and an amazing bakery right down the street. The apartment was spacious and spotless, and the eclectic decor was a fun counterpoint to historic Snow Hill. There is plenty of seating at a spacious kitchen counter, but no separate dining table. Imperia communicated well and was responsive to our questions and needs.

We stayed at Sandy Toes over Easter 2025 weekend. The accommodations were clean and plenty of room for the 5 of us plus 1 dog. The location is steps from the ocean. It is located on a side street, which made it a quiet stay. There was lots to do in walking distance... restaurants, ice cream, shopping, bars, and mini golf. I highly recommend staying here and planning on a return trip!

The house was clean and spacious. She let us know ahead of time that the landscapers were going to be there laying mulch. We were not at the house much because we were in town for a wedding, but it was clean and suited our needs.

We were visiting Rehoboth Beach briefly for the marathon, and John's place was the perfect spot to stay! Just half a mile to the boardwalk/beach, and super close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops in Rehoboth. John was in touch with us early and shared a helpful check-in guide well ahead of our stay. Comfortable bed, cozy apartment - highly recommend!

We had a fabulous time in Cape May and felt very much at home from the moment we walked in. Clear directions, plentiful local information, easy parking and quiet evenings added up to a very comfortable stay. We look forward to coming back!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! It was clean and comfortable. My family felt right at home. There were beach chairs, paddle boards and even crockpots available for our use. The pictures online do not show the beauty of this home. Would definitely recommend to stay in this home.

The community around Beth’s condo is amazing. Nice and quiet but still close enough to everything to where it’s not a hassle to get there! Plenty of space inside the condo so people don’t feel crammed! Sits on a beautiful golf course! Can’t recommend this condo enough!

Our family enjoyed our vacation and stay in Judie’s home. She was a very responsive host throughout our stay. The home had everything we needed and more- which made things very convenient for us. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were all comfy and cozy and very clean. Bathrooms had all toiletries including makeup remover! We literally did not need to pack any towels from home because Judie had everything! We traveled with two kids ages 3 and 4 so the fact that she had beach toys and chairs for them and a wagon in the garage for us to use was very convenient. It was overall less things I had to worry about packing. We love the Bishop’s Landing community pools; the one pool is within a short walking distance from Judie’s home. The location to stores and restaurants are easy and quick as well. This is our second year staying in Bishop’s Landing and we hope to be back again. Judie’s home would be at the top of our list.

Our first trip to Cape May was great including our stay at Ashley's and Chris! It started with a flexible check in time after reaching out to Ashley and Chris. Their house was clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the quiet neighborhood was a great break from our trips to the beach and Wildwood. I would definitely recommend staying at their place for any family!

Nice, clean pool, private backyard with outside shower. Inside, plenty of room for the 8 of us and with 2 living rooms, there's separation with the kids if you need it. The house was clean, free of any kind of bugs, plenty of hot water on demand with a great kitchen, dining area. Everything was in working order with plenty of plates and glasses and tv's in every room. We would definitely return.

Rajan was such a great person to work with leading up to and during our stay. The house was incredibly clean and just as described. More than enough space for our 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The location is fantastic with beaches and plenty of activities within a short distance. The three pools within the neighborhood were a great addition with two kids. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Beautiful condo and community. Went for an off-season getaway and was very happy they are dog friendly. The condo was clean and spacious. There were LOTS of steps to the second floor. Not a problem for us, just something to be aware of. We did not use any of the resort amenities but the community was quiet and a great place to walk the dog. Since it was a winter getaway, was hoping to cozy up by the fire however there was a tag on the mantel saying the gas was off due to a valve leak. It was dated 2021, so I guess they aren’t concerned with getting it fixed. I would stay here again.
