Global's listing was well worth the visit. It is such a peaceful spot both inside and out. We walked around the lake, worked out in the gym, ate at the restaurant next door, had coffee and bagels at the coffee shop downstairs, watched 2 late nite movies on the ultra wide screen TV and utilized the well stocked kitchen to warm up left overs and make popcorn. It was so easyto just to relax around the complex, however we were also so close to all the activities we planned...15 minutes from the Belice musical that we attended in Reno, 7 minutes from the rifle range in Sparks, and 15 minutes from the Automotive Museum in Reno. Oh and the bed was super comfy!! This was an amazing getaway to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Thanks to Chris for sharing his space & hospitality!

Great condo overlooking the river. Just the best! And the pool is amazing. We were there every day of our stay.

Great rental - it was clean, quiet, well equipped, convenient. Check in / out was easy to manage. Property manager was great to deal with. Only two things to call out: 1) We had a small hiccup in that there were no bath towels when we arrived. Had some back and forth with the property manager and they rectified the situation in 24 hrs. 2) This was not a cheap rental by any means for the weekend we booked it but the rates were generally high in Reno even for the simplest hotels/motels so this plane was great value in comparison. All in all we would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else.

We had a wonderful stay! Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back! Everything was well thought out and we had everything we could have needed. Comfortable bed, great views, clean and welcoming

Plushy was a great host and extremely responsive. Location is also beautiful and right next to the river. We woke up to a snowy view in the morning at it was lovely.

Finding the unit was tricky the first time, but it all made sense the second time. Perhaps Lusso could better warn guests that finding the place might be tricky initially, and to give extremely detailed instructions upon finding the place. I was in Sparks/Reno, not my favorite places given that getting anywhere requires not just driving but lots of it, and, I was there for three intense work weeks. But the unit proved a good refuge from everything. And, most important for me, the kitchen was quite serviceable. I took my own knives, but never had to get them out. Parking is especially easy, with the assigned space near the door to the hallway leading to unit. The hallway leading to the unit is a bit sketchy with stained carpet and smells. The unit could have used better lighting in the living area, but I adjusted by moving the floor lamp by the couch to being over the dining/work table.

This is the third time we stayed with the Lusso’s. That tells you something. They checked on us from time to time and provided contact info if anything was needed. Well done Lusso’s!

We just had another wonderful stay at LussoStay's "Marina View Retreat" – it's consistently our go-to spot in Reno! This place is so comfortable and peaceful; it truly feels like a real escape. We especially loved lounging in the cozy living area and just enjoying some quality time together. The apartment is beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and always spotlessly clean. Check-in is a breeze, and LussoStay is a great host. If you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay in Reno, we highly recommend "Marina View Retreat"!

This house is very nice. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. The view from the house is beautiful! We will definitely be staying again when we go back.

Beautiful and spacious house. Comfortably fit 12 of us and is 5 mins from various shops and restaurants. Easy check in and out! Second time staying at one of evolves properties and I am more than pleased once again!

Unbelievable property. Our family of five was in town for a long weekend and the Tiki house was highlight of the trip. The water was a bit to cold to use the kayaks and paddle boards but the four bikes were perfect for the two mile path around the lake. A short walk to the mall and movie theater. With our daughter in year one at UNR, we will be making many more trips to Reno. The Tiki house or it's sister property, the Pirate house will be our first choice. The host, T'Jon was very easy to get ahold of when we had a couple questions. 100% 5 Star property.

The house was beautiful! And fit all of us pretty good! Had everything that we needed. Area's we could spend time, and I personal loved the views and areas to go on walks. The only downside was when it was windy the entire house was drafty. other than that it worked great for us!

I worked / lived in the Reno-Sparks area for 10 years before moving to Salt Lake City, UT. Have been here for 32 years . I knew about the Marina , but wasn't aware of the building that has happened . This trip was for business . We are a the band "Salzburger Echo" that travels a fair amount and to be able to stay in a house is always the best option. It worked out fantastic.

The house was well appointed and clean. The carpets were as clean as can be expected in a main room/dining room but had some stains. The hot tub was great, beds were comfy, overall a great layout for family vacation. I wish there had been a baby gate available for the very steep stairs off the main room. I would recommend for older kids only without a gate.

We loved staying here and will continue to come back each year! Thank you for your hospitality and would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

We were visiting Lake Tahoe for a wedding and found Linda's place - it was absolutely perfect for our weekend! Super clean, had everything that we needed, spacious enough for our family and close to most places so we walked. If we go back to Incline Village (which I hope we do!), I'd love to stay here again!

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Meghan’s place. Beautiful setting and so convenient. Meghan was a delight to work with. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful, wonderful, beautiful home. Clean, extremely well-equipped, and the most glorious setting on the edge of the lake. Communication with the owner was super helpful, thorough, and immediate. No disappointments! We loved our stay and can't recommend highly enough.

The place was perfect for what I needed and the hosts were very responsive. It was a great location! The bed is super comfy. The place is a bit dated but it had most of what I needed. If you like it dark, there are vertical blinds, but no curtains as pictured or blackout shades and it was a bit bright from exterior lights and the sun in the morning.

This place is simply awesome. It was the perfect gift for my parents on their 60th anniversary. We absolutely loved it. Sheri and Kristi were so accommodating and they gave us an upgrade for free. We were amazingly stunned. We will absolutely be back again

Great place right on the water and conveniently on the main road going around the lake. Kids loved the beach and wading even in the first week of April. Convenient to Northstar Ski Resort. Will come again!

We had a great stay in Lake Tahoe. The views from the condo are absolutely amazing! Expensive to have this view but of course it was our one chance to visit Lake Tahoe & we splurged on this rental. Condo had everything we needed. If I had any recommendation it would be to have a cozy/ comfortable couch in the living room & cozy/soft blankets for the living room. This would be nice as you enjoy the amazing views or while relaxing with the fresh air in the evening. We did visit mid October. We loved being so close to Sand Harbor too! Absolutely gorgeous!! Easy/short drive from the condo & trails that are easy to access. During our week visit we had sunshine, rain, & snow. It was a beautiful week! Our favorite breakfast was at Tunnel Creek Cafe. We also loved the MS Dixie boat tour out of Zephyr Cove, down south, had great views of Emerald Bay. We also did the UTV tour to Genoa Peak. This was a great experience. We all loved it, including our kids 8 yrs old & 11 years old.
