Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Park your car in our underground garage and then take the free ski-bus to the chairlift/cable car just 500 m away (the bus stops right at our door). The apartment is located in the center of Bruneck, on the 4th floor, above the roofs of the city (elevator available). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. On request (for a small surcharge and on request) a car parking space, which is located directly in front of the house, can also be rented. The center can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The apartment is suitable for couples or guests up to max. 3 persons. You can store your ski or other things in the cellar.

Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
