Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, quiet space w easy parking. Walk/bike to the beach. Enjoy your private space with dining area, sofa, queen bed and private bath & kitchenette. The space is over 600 sq ft (about twice the size of a hotel room) with plenty of sunshine -- and room to relax on the couch, rest in bed or dine/work at the table. Visit the shops & cafes of Portsmouth. Two bikes & beach chairs. We are close to the beach (we walk there most days) and an easy drive Maine sites.

Welcome to the Beach Escape! Seabrook, NH

Come stay in the BEACH ESCAPE! Walk 1,000 feet to Seabrook Beach in New Hampshire. After a day at the beach, come back to relax on the balcony overlooking the marsh, watch the sunsets and fireworks. The condo sleeps up to 3-4 people with a full sized bed and full sleeper sofa, TV, WiFi, kitchenette, central AC, and 2 chairs. Walk to amazing restaurants steps away. There is a beach area for swimming, patio for hanging out enjoying the views with a firepit as well as a dock for sunbathing and fishing. There is a public boat launch on the lake if you want to bring your own boat. Close to Pawtuckaway state park for hiking and mountain biking.
