Centrally located just minutes from York Beach, Downtown Portsmouth NH, the Kittery Outlets and Foreside, "The Woodland" in Kittery Maine offers a relaxing retreat after a long day exploring all that the Seacoast of Southern ME and NH have to offer. Guests enjoy the privacy of a separate guest house on the property complete with a full kitchen, bathroom, and single bedroom. Outside the property is a small pond, which deer, turkeys and ducks can be seen at all times of day.

Walking distance to downtown Durham, the Oyster River, and Great Bay, with many hiking trails a short drive away. Take a walk to the historic Mill Pond Dam or to Tideline Public House (food truck park). This efficient space is for 1-2 people, with one queen bed available.
