Wonderful stay at Gwen and Ricks! We were welcomed with fresh flowers in several rooms, and croissants for the morning to go with coffee out on the front porch. The cottage is clean and cozy and very homey. The kitchen is outstanding due to being well stocked with nice pans and utensils! One of the best we've experienced. We had the opportunity to meet Rick and he was SO nice! Gwen took great care of us and even had chocolate kisses for us. We would definitely stay at their place again next time we are in St Petes! It's a great location too! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The bed was so comfortable and the bedroom was quiet and dark with black out curtains. We slept really well there. The property checked off all our must haves including a comfy couch, table to eat at, washer/dryer, great shower pressure and temp. All around a nice stay. The host had wonderful communication and answered all questions in a timely manner. Check in and self locking door with handy keypad was helpful. I would recommend staying here.

Every time a 5-star experience & one of the best values for the price w/included Barefoot Beach Club amenities directly across street. Check in/out always a breeze w/clear communication/instructions - was ready early. Outside free parking 5 steps away & charming balcony/bench. Inside spacious, clean, comfortable, insulated w/ocean views from abundance of windows (has privacy curtains). Unit fresh/safe/secure. AC worked, airflow strong, big/clean SS appliances & stone counters. I used fridge/freezer + oven. Overstocked towels / toiletries for entire group. One BR had closet+hangers. Dressers/TV's in both. LR big screen TV w/cable, Playstation 4 (laggy but playable). Patience w/water pressure but hot. Ladies wanted bright mirror near outlet. Resort heated pool, hot tub & shallow wading pool crystal clear & fully functional. Pool warm, hot tub hot (levels out ~100 degrees due to sheer size. Relaxed vibes poolside w/light music. Beach groomed w/day beds affordable to rent ($20/day). LOVE!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts are the sweetest couple — warm, welcoming, and full of kindness. They even came outside to chat with us and gave us a ride, which was such a thoughtful touch. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and super clean. The space was spotless, and the outside area was such a fun bonus. I would stay here over and over again. I had a great long weekend at Jennifer’s place. Her local recommendations were super helpful. Entry was easy and the place was lovely. It was perfect for 4 days by myself for a work & fun trip.

Julias place is really nice, beautiful decorated and well equipped. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed with Airbnb. Beautiful neighborhood near a really nice park and close to restaurants and a trader joes. Downtown St. petersburg is just a short drive. We really had a great stay.

Antoni’s place was truly the greatest! I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Clearwater!

Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

Sid is always great to my staff & I! Definitely goes beyond to make sure everything is perfect. This is definitely our favorite place to stay during our trips to Tampa!

Felt safe, despite initial concerns over the neighborhood. The furnishings are not ideal for someone with mobility issues, as everything is either very low or very high.

We stayed for a long weekend and this house was great! had everything we needed including laundry since my wife and I have a 17 month old. The beach gear with cooler and umbrella were perfect so we didn't have to rent at the beach. Very close to downtown Clearwater and close to the bridge over to Clearwater beach. It allowed to skip a bit of the traffic before the bridge to cut down on time in traffic. the hosts were very responsive and fixed an issue we had right away. We would stay here again!

We had a great restful weekend. Cute place with everything that you needed right at your finger tips. Great hot shower. Comfortable space.

We had a wonderful visit at the Milady's house. They were quick to respond, helpful, and allowed us to check in earlier. The house smelled great upon entering and everything was clean, organized, and without clutter. The large open concept kitchen/family room/dining room worked really well for the four of us, allowing all to be together but with plenty of space. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well. The outdoor space was great for morning coffee and offered both shaded and sunny sitting areas. The location is really convenient - Publix is within a mile as well as multiple restaurants. Downtown Tampa is lovely and an easy 10-15 min. drive depending on the time of day. I highly recommend this beautiful home for the quality, appointments, location, and wonderful hosts.

Clean, open space. Was plenty of room for 3 people and a dog. Convenient parking and beach access. Walking distance to many shops and dinner spots. Park across the street to take dog out. Pool was nice and warm even at night.

Fantastic space. Three minute walk to the ocean. Nice pool and hot tub. Everything inside looks like the pictures. Eric was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

Fantastic place to spend the week. Location was close enough to attractions, but just far enough away from traffic and noise. Very nice complex with a heated pool. Condo itself was clean and very spacious.

Peter's place was immaculate, views were perfection, and everything we needed for a fun beach day was already there! Contrary to other reviews we had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys! The condo is spacious and the kitchen itself has everything you need as well. Our bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion if needed and there are PLENTY of towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were soft too. Great added touches! We didnt need these items but noticed there was a high chair and a pack n play in the closet along with extra linens and things needed. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you wanted to keep up with laundry which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the views and our stay here and can't wait to return!
