Clean Comfy Cottage Downtown

Our tree shaded studio cottage is one block from the heart of downtown. Stay just a two block walk from Russian River Brewing. This clean and quiet cottage has a full kitchen, a comfortable queen bed. I am happy to customize the space to your needs. I offer soft and firm mattresses. I use cotton blankets so that you can have any weight on your bed that you would like. You are welcome to stack seven or more blankets at a time. I will adjust my cleaning regimen to meet your preferences.

Say hello to our friendly farm animals! Willow Farm Cabin is magical 100 - year old home in the heart of Penngrove. This is true country living and a short 12 min drive to downtown Petaluma and very close to wine country, Napa & Sonoma . The home is spacious and warm, filled with natural light and cozy rooms. A perfect place to create, read, write, draw, eat meals and gather. It includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (including a clawfoot tub), a private garden patio and an outdoor shower.

Welcome to our serene back yard cottage. It is a lovely place where you can enjoy a tranquil respite in a private refuge. It features a queen bed with crisp, cozy linens. The large bathroom boasts lots of extra special amenities. The kitchenette incorporates coffee, assorted teas, sparkling water, A premiere bottle of wine and yummy snacks into your stay. You control the temperature. With a charming relaxing outside sitting area with dinning table, chairs, hammic and BBQ for you to enjoy 😊

The Petaluma Victorian Garden Apartment is on the ground floor of a 1880s Victorian home. Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the nearby Petaluma Premium Outlet shopping mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using nearby freeways or public transportation.

A perfect setting for a weekend getaway or overnight stay. Easy access to downtown Petaluma, local farms, Sonoma, Sebastapool & Napa wineries. Nestled among the gardens, this private studio features a clawfoot tub, gas fireplace and 10 foot ceilings. 1 Queen bed, gas fireplace, sitting area, 1 bath, 1 off-street parking space. This 400 square foot granny unit over our garage has beautiful wood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances (no washer/dryer) New HVAC unit, air filters, new water heater with chlorine filter. This space has a great deal of natural light, windows are well placed as to not see into neighbors windows. (Black out curtains on windows if light needs to be blocked) Must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access. Dedicated off street parking for one vehicle

Fair Street Retreat A Historical Petaluma Studio

Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is located in one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. We are 3 blocks from historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under willow trees. #PLVR-19-0017

Robin's Nest

Your second home is above our 2-car garage, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Local grocery stores are within a mile, a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, 45-minute drive to the coast and little over an hour to San Francisco. We are centrally located to explore Sonoma and Napa County wineries, breweries and hiking trails. Permit #SVR23-170

Private In-Law Suite near SSU and Petaluma

Our one bedroom, one bath guest suite offers private accommodations in 600 square feet of living space. The suite is all on one level, with its own entrance, living/dining area, and space for simple food prep with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffeemaker.
