The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

La maison a de nombreuses fenêtres et est ensoleillée au-dessus du village de Maggia avec une vue sur la cascade de la vallée de Salto, entourée d'un jardin tropical clôturé avec une piscine. Il y a la possibilité de se baigner dans la rivière ou à la cascade. Recommandé pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité, les hikers et ceux qui recherchent l'intimité et le contact avec la nature. Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. La Baita Le Tre Perle si trova a Schignano , in localita' Santa Maria , e'circondata da boschi di castagno e gode di una vista strepitosa sul lago di Como , dal quale dista meno di 15 minuti in auto.
