Cosy Coastal Cottage This cosy cottage is part of Blue Moon Cottages, three beautifully decorated cottages just 250 metres from the bayside beach at Rye on the Southern tip of the Mornington Peninsula. This character filled cottage is decorated with a subtle classic neutral theme. It is large enough to accommodate a couple or a family with an infant.The cottage is also pet friendly with an outdoor courtyard which is fully fenced and pets are welcome inside. Living: Walking into the cottage the wooden clad interior has a cosy lounge with log fire for winter stays and French doors to open up to the courtyard in summer. A leather chair and comfy sofa give the feeling of a log cabin hideaway to the room.The lounge opens further to a dining area with four chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping: There is a large carpeted bedroom at the gable end of the cottage, beautifully decorated with hanging bedside lamps, a wrought iron Qeen bed and wall mounted TV. Bathrooms: Modern recently renovated bathroom with shower. There is a shared laundry on the Blue Moon Cottages site with washer and dryer. Heating and Cooling: Reverse Cycle Heater and Air Conditioner and additional wall heaters are in the dining and bedroom Parking: There is off street parking for one car Pet Friendly: Pets are welcome inside however as the cottage and courtyard is small we would recommend small dogs only. The fully enclosed courtyard garden has an outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ. The Sandpiper is a perfect beach retreat in both summer and winter. Your home away from home has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: Air conditioning, Flat screen TV, DVD, Wifi, Log fire, BBQ, Private courtyard garden,outdoor dining area andc car parking This is self catering accommodation and the room is not serviced on a daily basis. However, all linen, towels, basic kitchen provisions and toiletries are supplied for your arrival. Jump on board our small vintage cruiser. Think boat CAMPING! If you are not a ‘happy camper’ this is not for you! This is a unique experience. A relaxed environment amongst natural surroundings typical of the Southern Mornington Peninsula. 5-mins drive from the Hot Springs. Wild back beaches and calm bay beaches in easy reach. You will need a car to best enjoy the area. BYO wood or $30 a tub from us. Private coastal bush land. Our toilet is a portaloo! LOL Again, this is CAMPING not a hotel ;)

Mornington Peninsula Paradise - Self-contained cottage.

Our cottage was originally transferred from the Melbourne Botanical gardens. It is studio style with a seperate shower & toilet room. It has a queen bed and we supply all linen. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove & microwave & all needed appliances, crockery and cutlery. We provide basic breakfast items. The dining area has a table & chairs a TV. There is good wifi. From your private deck you overlook a spacious bush garden with the Sweetwater Creek flowing at the bottom.
