Rudnik District : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Nette Begrüßung mit Aufmerksamkeiten (Wein/Schokolade), sehr sauber und Neubau. 3 Wohnungen in dem Haus, sonst keine Privatnutzung. Reines Fewo Mietshaus. Wir waren ganz alleine während unserem Aufenthalt. Bilder sind wahrheitsgemäß. Ruhige Wohngegend, Restaurant und verschiedene Supermärkte/Tankstellen/Ortskern (dörflich) im nahen Umkreis per Fuß oder Auto erreichbar. Garten mit Spielhaus für die Kinder (Rutsche/klettern- bald sicherlich auch Sand im Sandkasten), Grillecken, Parkplatz, Grundstück vollständig eingezäunt (Tor zur Einfahrt öffnet per Knopfdruck). Schnelle und einfache Kommunikation. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts, modern und neu, bequeme Matratzen (Balkon überdacht), In der Küche könnten diverse Kochutensilien noch nachgerüstet werden sonst TIP TOP Sauber! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. DANKE

Appartamento eccezionale, grande e confortevole. e' vero che dista un po' dal centro ma con una splendida passeggiata lungo il fiume in 30 minuti è raggiungibile . Julian è stato splendido, sempre presente, puntuale nelle risposte e attento al nostro confort.

What a fantastic place this was. We spent 2 weeks here and would have been happy to stay longer. The views are outstanding from the balcony and enjoying coffee here each morning was so relaxing. The train station and bus stop are just a couple of minutes away, which made for easy access to Lake Bled avoiding the hassle of taking in the car and paying for parking. There are bikes available to use and the local roads and nearby cycle path allow easy access to Lake Bled from the apartment. The area has plenty to see and do locally including Lake Bohinj and if you have a car it's worth driving to Peričnik waterfall, Triglav national park and Kranjska Gora. We went canyoning in the Soča valley and had an exhilarating couple of hours sliding and jumping in the blue/ green waters. Jaka was on hand if needed and gave great advice on getting back to Ljubljana airport by bus from the apartment. One bus to Bled and another direct to the airport. It took less than an hour and a half. Easy.

Jure was very kind and helpful during our stay. We loved the convenient location of the house and appreciated having parking on the property. The unit is spacious and we found it to be very clean. You can expect the place to look like the photos with just the basic amenities provided. Onsite laundry was a bonus. We would be happy to stay here again!

Eva’s tiny house is just perfect for a stay in Ljubljana. Few minutes walk and you are in the Old Town. Eva met us and showed us where to park then gave us great recommendations for coffee, places to eat and things to see.

Veronica is a superb host, and always ready to help with everything. She is extremely friendly and nice person. Her place is very beautifully decorated, and quite spacious. We, three adults, stayed in her apartment for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay at Daša’s place. Very comfortable for a family of 4. Location was perfect, steps away from restaurants and the old city.

This apartment and the hosts are a true gem! The location is incredibly convenient and Tamara and her husband are some of the most welcoming hosts we ever had. The apartment is very comfortable and is like a mini wellness in its own, a perfect peaceful oasis to rest in after a day of exploring the amazing sights nearby. Our hosts even went over the top, providing us with breakfast croissants and fruit every morning, and offering their delicious home-made grappa and sausages with cheese and bread when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again if we are visiting the area.

Nika is very friendly & and responsive host. Because we were afraid of the cold, we asked Nika if she could increase the hot water temperature, and Nika solved the problem for us immediately. Very efficient. The house is big and comfortable. Definitely worth recommending.

È stata un'esperienza molto positiva! La casa molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Marjeta e suo marito sono stati molto gentili e flessibili sull'orario del check in e sul fornire informazioni utili per il soggiorno. Gentilissimi anche nel preparare un dolce per noi, un gesto molto apprezzato. Vicinissimi a Lubjana, torneremo sicuramente

Nous sommes venus pour un séjour familial. La maison est parfaitement équipée, vaste, les chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables. Les salles de bains parfaites, très propres. La cuisine contenait une vaisselle importante (pour une fois nombreux couverts, verres et assiettes) ainsi que le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner. Également dans le jardin avec un évier extérieur. Le jardin est grand, comporte beaucoup de mobiliers de jardin et une belle terrasse couverte (magnifique le soir avec son éclairage). La place de parking longe la maison. Un super séjour avec des conseils très pertinents et une réactivité de Barbara et Ludvik. L'entrée de l'autoroute n'est qu'à quelques kilomètres et Logatec qui est proche propose tous les magasins nécessaires au quotidien. Un séjour parfait

We felt instantly at ease the moment we arrived, it was perfect for our family of five, with three young children. The home is cozy, well‑equipped, and surrounded by absolutely stunning views of the mountains—so peaceful, almost surreal. It’s just a short drive to the lake, which made exploring really easy. In just a few days, we did so much: climbed up to the castle, walked around the lake, and the kids had a blast at the playground near the campsite. We did an Easter egg hunt in the flowery garden, and I also squeezed in a peaceful run around the town on our last evening, just to soak up the atmosphere one more time. Everyone we met was so friendly, and the gardens in the area are beautiful. We’re already talking about booking again—can’t wait to come back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Katja ! Le logement était encore mieux que sur les photos, spacieux et avec beaucoup d'équipements. La proximité avec Ljubljana et les grands axes routiers sont très pratiques pour explorer le pays en voiture, tout en étant dans un lieu paisible. Katja est une hôte réactive, chaleureuse et très attentionnée, nous sommes ravis de l'avoir rencontrée et n'hésiterons pas à recommander ce logements à nos proches qui voudraient faire un voyage en Slovénie 😊

Appaetamento molto bello, pulito, nuovo e fornito di tutto il necessario. a 15 minuti da uno dei parcheggi per andare a Lubiana in bus (molto comodo), zona tranquilla. Maja é un ottimo host, molto gentile, disponibile, ci ha anche portato dei pancake per colazione. Super consigliato!

the apartment looks like the photos, clean and cozy with a well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, a great place to go to relax.

ce fut un plaisir de loger dans l'appartement de Klemen. Le logement était à la fois cosy et lumineux et très pratique car pas loin de l'autoroute et de la capitale. Klemen est très sympathique, communique très facilement et je reviendrai avec plaisir !!

Tout était presque parfait ! Emplacement idéal, appartement très bien insonorisé, spacieux, très propre. Parking privé sécurisé et accès très rapide à pied au centre-ville ainsi qu'au Parc Tivoli. Quartier vivant proche es ambassades Il manquait juste une cafetière électrique et un micro-ondes !

Smjestaj je bio izvanredan! U stanu sam boravila 15 dana, i svaki naredni put bih iznova izabrala ovo mjesto. Prvog dana kada sam dosla, lift nije radio te obzirom da sam imala tri velika kofera, nisam bila u stanju da ih sama popnem na treci sprat. Domaćin je vrlo brzo našao rješenje i obezbijedio osobu koja je unijela sve moje kofere u stan. Stan je izuzetno čist, jako prostran i moderan, opremljen sa svime što vam je potrebno i za duži i kraći boravak. Posebno mi se svidjelo što je u hodniku postavljen tablet na kojem mozete uključiti muziku i u svim sobama su postavljeni zvučnici te je jako prijatno bilo boraviti i opuštati se u ovom smještaju. Obzirom da sam boravila 15 dana, dobila sam besplatno čišćenje stana što me dodatno pozitivno iznenadilo od domaćina. Stan se nalazi u samom centru, vrlo lako je bilo doći do glavnih atrakcija pješke. Ulazak u garažu je bio vrlo jednostavan, lift se nalazio tik uz mjesto za parkiranje. Domaćin je cijelo vrijeme bio na raspolaganju.PREPORUKA

Mi sono trovato benissimo in questo alloggio. La casa è accogliente e ben attrezzata. La posizione è perfetta per visitare la zona, letteralmente nel mezzo tra Bled e Lubiana. L'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda o necessità. Super consigliato!

Svakom bih preporučila boravak kod Marka. Jako ljubazan i uslužan. Smeštaj čist i dovoljno opremljen. Lokacija odlična za ljubitelje prirode željne mira i tišine.
