Auch der Victoria-Park, das riesige Tempelhofer-Feld oder Berlin-Mitte sind in der Nähe.

Nur 30 Minuten Autofahrt zum Zentrum Berlins und umgeben von Badeseen. Anreise mit Auto ist sinnvoll. Das Bungalow ist für den Sommer ideal.

Unique, quiet studio, great location!

The spacious (42 sqm) studio is located near Winterfeldtplatz. You can explore the lively neighbourhood or get to the highlights of Berlin by means of four different subway lines. The studio itself is quiet with windows facing the Garden, an en suite bathroom incl. washing machine, a kitchenette. The courtyard garden has a sandpit and a seating area.

Neu sanierte Wohnung nahe S-Bahn & Bus, sehr ruhig

Sie sind ganz herzlich willkommen: Unsere neu sanierte Altbau-Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sicher und befindet sich im grünen Süden von Berlin nahe der Buslinie 118 und der S-Bahn 1/7. Es sind 3min zu Fuß zum Bus und 10min zur S-Bahn. Es ist eine charmanete Berliner Altbauwohnung, die ökologisch renoviert wurde. Sie werden sich wie zu Hause fühlen.
