This house is very close to the downtown within walking distance or 2' to 4' by motorbike taxi (main hotels, bank, supermarket, etc.). It's close to the President's house, a very quiet and safe area.

Each of the six identical studios has its own entrance and patio area to provide maximum privacy. Construction was completed in 2020 with a focus on sustainability.
