Beautiful little house. AC works great upstairs and Downstairs. The bed was very comfortable. Full Kitchen available for all your cooking needs. The farm animals are all well kept and very sweet. We took our fur babies with us and had no problems. Blue crab are very easy to catch with a trap and some chicken legs. I fished everyday while I was there, Weather was perfect and I had an assortment of live bait and artificial but no fish this time, it happens. The host was very nice and even allowed us the use of all of the docks on the property. Very nice and peaceful. We had a great experience overall

Our stay was amazing! Close to everything, yet still felt private and secluded. Pat & Pam were very responsive. The place had everything we needed and then some! Having access to bikes was such a bonus! We will definitely be back for another stay the next time we are in the area! Super place and amazing hosts!

The stay was excellent. We did have to wait about 30 minutes after we got there for the cleaners to finish getting the condo ready for us. The view was great, the bed was very comfortable as well. My kids loved walking to the beach and picking up seashells. The only issue and it is very tiny was that the master bathroom shower curtain had a small amount of mold on it. When we checked out the cleaning lady was there and I informed her and she said she would get a replacement so the next person wouldn't see it. Overall, excellent stay, great views, quiet and peaceful with a comfy bed.

All was as advertised. Extremely comfortable beds in all rooms. This home was inviting and well designed. One minor note, for those who need a walker or wheelchair for themselves or member of their party. The entry to the bathroom is not possible as it is too narrow. If this is not a factor you need to consider, then you will be very happy with your stay.

Very nice place, convenient spot.

Wonderful house with thoughtful touches. We loved the proximity to the beach and used a golf cart to get everywhere we needed to go. My MIL slept on the sofa bed and said it was comfortable which is not easy to find! The pool and spa were perfect especially because it was still a little chilly. Thank you for a great stay! 10/10 recommend!

My family and I found this house largely by chance when we decided on a place to stay on vacation, and we were so thrilled with it that we booked our vacation here next year before we’d even checked out this time! The house and location were beautiful, and everyone (including our kids and VERY energetic German shepherd) had plenty of room and fun activities to do. Kat is a fantastic host! Before we’d even arrived, she sent us messages with recommendations for things to do in the area (which we checked out several during our time and all were well worth it!!). She also was very responsive to any questions we had - right down to a fabulous recommendation for a local massage to treat a muscle strain in my shoulder. She was an incredibly gracious and kind host. We felt right at home here and were sad to leave - and already excited to come back next vacation to what feels like a home away from home. Thank you so much, Kat!

Barry’s place is a gorgeous, cozy little spot tucked away on the water feature of a golf course, it was easy to find with the first spot in the parking lot reserved for the property. It’s a beautifully decorated place with THREE balconies that protrude over the water from any of the sliding glass doors from inside. My wife loved being able to feed the turtles first thing in the morning as we enjoyed our coffee. There are so many of them, if you love turtles, this is definitely the place for you, they come right to you. Barry was very attentive to us before we even left from Augusta to head that way, to the time we left Sunday morning. I now have a new favorite place to stay in the Brunswick/Jekyll/St. Simon’s area, and if it’s available when I come, I’ll be staying at Barry’s place from now on.
