All'interno la baita dispone al piano terra di salotto più sala da pranzo, cantina e piccolo bagno , al piano superiore due camere da letto più bagno. Nelle vicinanze: Lagorai Cima d'Asta, Arte Sella, laghi Levico e Caldonazzo, campo golf La Farfalla, pesca sportiva Lago Stefy, agriturismi, malghe, mercatini di Natale, impianti sciistici Ski Lagorai.

La SUNNY HOUSE è un nuovissimo chalet posto in splendida posizione con vista sulle Dolomiti del Centro Cadore. Raggiungibile comodamente con l'auto, è isolato ma vicino al centro paese. Dotato di acqua potabile (bagno con doccia, lavello cucina),elettricità e riscaldamento con stufa a pellets, è perfetto per trascorrere qualche giorno immersi nella natura ma con tutti i comforts. Soppalco con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Tv+frigobar. Solarium esterno con tavolo e panca. Posti auto.

La villa "Lercher" est située à Innichen/San Candido et impressionne les voyageurs avec sa vue sur les montagnes. La propriété de 2 étages comprend un salon avec un canapé-lit pour 2 personnes, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, 3 chambres à coucher et 3 salles de bains ainsi que des toilettes supplémentaires et peut donc accueillir 8 personnes. Les équipements supplémentaires comprennent le Wi-Fi haut débit, le chauffage, une machine à laver ainsi qu'une télévision.

Wir vermieten unser Blockhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht und äußerst gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Es wurde liebevoll renoviert. Unseren Gästen steht zur Verfügung: großes Wohnzimmer, neue Küche, sonniger Wintergarten, Schlafzimmer, kleines Schlafzimmer, Vorraum, Badezimmer, WC. Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten . Eigener Parkplatz. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.
