San Cristóbal : locations de maisons de vacances

Patricia’s home is beautiful and nicely located. The outdoor patio, pool, and grill area were exceptional. This was a perfect place for our family gathering with four adults and two children. We appreciated having access for laundry and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Thank you, Patricia and Gabriela!

Cris foi extremamente prestativa e clara nas instruções a nos receber. A casa tem muitas escadas, são 3 andares e um banheiro e um mezanino suspensos. Tudo muito limpo, toalhas e roupa de camas para todos. Calefação e ar condicionados em dia. Localização excepcional, um dos melhores possíveis em Buenos Aires. São apenas dois banheiros com chuveiro, então se for em um grupo grande, precisa dividir bem, já que um dos banheiros é em um entre andares que liga ao rooftop. Recomendo demais, principalmente pela clareza da comunicação com a Cris, pela excelente localização, pelo conforto e comodidade.

Excelente casa, espaçosa e muito bem equipada. Viajamos em um grupo de 5 adultos e 3 crianças e a acomodação atendeu muito bem. A comunicação sempre foi clara, rápida e tivemos flexibilidade tanto para check in quanto para chek out. Além disso, encontrarmos frutas, água e vinho na chegada foi muito agradável. Caso voltemos a Buenos Aires, ficaremos nessa acomodação!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Adrián’s house in Buenos Aires! The house is beautiful and has so much charm. Very spacious for gathering and hanging out with friends. The terrace upstairs was a perfect place to relax and take in the wonderful atmosphere. Adrián was very helpful and resourceful for us as this was our first time in Buenos Aires. Whatever recommendation you’re looking for, he is knowledgeable! Be sure to ask about his friend available to provide private city tours. This part was definitely a highlight of our trip. Also, ask about the best dining experience you’ll ever have! To end our trip, we had a local visit with Adrián to a restaurant where we tried local dishes and drinks. The perfect ending to complete our journey as he again hosted us as if we were longtime friends! Great person and incredible Airbnb. Do not miss out!

This house exceeds expectations. Having a pool right in the middle of the incredible Palmermo neighborhood felt too good to be true. The house is enormous and filled with hang-out spaces inside and out. Six colleagues stayed in private rooms comfortably for a week, and had group meetings in the various rooms. Sherrine was chill and super-helpful.

En esa zona no es que hay muchas cosas por hacer o conocer, pero nos quedaba bien por ser más o menos cercano a Tecnópolis. Zona tranquila, departamento independiente muy bueno y cómodo. Anfitrión muy atento. Recomendable.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

El alojamiento es muy bueno. Muy bien ubicado y con todas las comodidades que se necesitan para tener una buena estadía. Miguel es muy amable y atento.

Casa ubicada en un barrio dinámico de Buenos Aires, con muchos bares y restaurantes alrededor, lo cual es muy práctico para salir a comer y encontrar negocios, pero implica los inconvenientes des ruido, a pesar de las ventanas con doble vidrio. La casa es muy acogedora, amplia y con la gran ventaja de tener prácticamente un banco por habitación. Cómo único inconveniente, diría que nos pareció un poco húmeda y la cocina puede faltar de equipamiento. Sino, subrayo la disponibilidad y amabilidad de Augusto, quien nos a aún permitido dejar nuestros equipajes sin costo suplementario después del check out.

Este alojamiento es perfecto para estadías cerca del Movistar Arena. El departamento está ubicado a tres cuadras del estadio, en un barrio muy tranquilo. Es en PB por lo que cuenta con un patio ideal para disfrutar durante el día. El lugar es amplio, bien iluminado y tiene un garage ideal para autos chicos. El baño principal es super generoso y cuenta también con cocina equipada completamente y lavadero. La comunicación con María fue siempre muy fluida, esto es clave por cualquier duda que pueda ocurrir durante la estadía. A pesar de que no es una zona que se caracterice por tener muchísimos bares o restaurantes, a unas cuadras tiene el bodegón Los Bohemios que es un 10, y varias cafeterías a distancia peatonal. Sin dudas volveremos!

Daniel and Ana were great hosts and very welcoming. They checked in during our week long stay to ensure we have drinking water and cleaned sheets, and they also were responsive and flexible. The house is gorgeous and the area is perfect. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and local shops. I would highly recommend!

The location is on the edge of Palermo, right next to Chacarita. If you expect to be right in the heart of Palermo or closer to the parks near the ocean you won't be. What you will get is a very nice house in a comfortable location with easy access to a butcher and groceries. Right across the street is a wonderful Sushi restaurant and there are tons of other options just a few minutes away. Great place to walk around and very safe. Just know you will be taking cabs to any sight or destination but in exchange you will have a townhouse with your own entrance and lots of room. We stayed here 3 months and loved it, nice patio in the back to grill meat from the butcher who is just a 2 minute walk away. Lots of delicious ice cream and gelato shops nearby. Some small parks in easy walking distance. If you don't mind going on an over 30 minute walk through beautiful Palermo you can start to reach attractions by foot. Great place we loved it!

Cuenta con una excelente ubicación. Se trata de una casa pequeña y antigua que no tiene una buena distribución arquitectónica, La recámara en azotea no cuenta con baño. En la descripción no menciona que los baños son externos a las recámaras. Los espacios de la casa son chicos y faltan algunos armarios para guardar ropa. Las puertas requieren de mantenimiento.

Une très belle maison que je ne peux que recommander dans une Buenos Aires immense, pleine de vitalité comme ses habitants

Ótimo espaço para vivenciar um bairro mais tranquilo, mas que ao mesmo tempo está próximo ao metrô que dá acesso ao centro de Baires. Passamos quase um mês na hospedagem e o Christian sempre esteve à disposição, com uma comunicação clara e rápida, pra solucionar quaisquer contratempos. Ótimo anfitrião.

I just spent a week at Neil’s place in Palermo and the experience was fantastic. Before we arrived we had our flight to Buenos Aires changed several times. Through this process Neil was very easy to communicate with and understood the situation. The apartment itself was just as advertised. A beautiful old style apartment in a great location. The street was very quiet but a short walk to great restaurants, cafes and bars. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the apartment to anyone coming to Buenos Aires.

Wow, Isabel’s place is amazing! Just like other reviews describe, this is a gorgeous home FULL of character right on the edge of Palermo. The neighborhood is calm, full of life, and very safe. The home was just a joy to come back to every night, from the amazing roof to the much appreciated AC in the bedrooms. If you want a comfortable home that makes you feel like you truly are staying in Buenos Aires, this is it!
