Muy lindos y amplios apartamentos. Además, Roberto es un anfitrión muy amable y siempre pendiente. En cuanto a la ubicación, tiene ventajas (la tranquilidad y el entorno verde) y desventajas (para llegar al centro, son 10-15 minutos en taxi o combi). Me parece ideal para nómadas digitales que se quedan en San Cristóbal por varias semanas o varios meses. En resumen, me gustó mucho el lugar y pienso quedarme aquí nuevamente en otra oportunidad.

Great host and accommodations. It was quaint, cozy, and very clean. Great location and we enjoyed our stay very much. Would absolutely stay here again.

Sfeervol en schoon appartement. Ideaal om San Christobal en Maya dorpen te verkennen. 1 nacht was erg lawaaierig met vuurwerk en muziek. De 2e nacht was het rustig.

This was my second time staying at Daniel's, and both times I loved it. The apartments are beautiful, the details in the architecture and design are lovely, and we enjoyed the fireplace on a cool night. I really like the location, it's in my favorite neighborhood - bario Gudalupe - not far from the church - and about a 20 minute walk to the centro. The collectivo goes right by the front door and is a wonderful way to get to our favorite coffee shop (Frontera), as well as downtown, for only 10 pesos. The courtyard is beautiful, and I love the skylights in the upstairs apartment - it lets in beautiful light in the morning. In the past, I have rented apartment 6 for my husband and I, this year I was with a friend and we rented 5 & 6. It was nice to be close to each other yet have our own space, perfect for a family, friends, or even two couples. I highly recommend staying in Daniel's compound, a peaceful and beautiful oasis from the chaos of town center.

We stayed here for two months, April and May. The best thing about this apartment is the beautiful view of San Cristobal and the surrounding mountains from the terrace. The wonderful host, Luis, who lives on the premises, was educated and well-traveled, and we enjoyed talking with him about the different places we had both been in the world. He was also always immediately responsive to any issues we might have. We have lived all over the world since leaving the US 20 months ago, and the kitchen was quite large and, hands down, the best we have had anywhere. Also, we thought the beds were very comfortable. And the property also has its own washer and dryer. The house is divided into several Airbnb rentals. It is pretty walkable to El Centro and the Guadalupe Walking Street—about a 15 to 20-minute walk. In addition, there are restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and an OXXO close by. The park is about a half-block away, and it is easy and inexpensive to get a taxi from there to anywhere in San Cristobal. The downside would be the same as everywhere in Mexico that we have been—noise, although the internet (usually a problem) was actually pretty good here, and compared to other places we have been in Mexico, we really couldn’t complain much. The street has a fair amount of traffic, but we didn’t hear a lot of dogs barking, which is usually a big problem for us in Mexico; however, we did hear firecrackers—sometimes because of people celebrating a particular holiday. We never felt unsafe, especially walking at night, but we always stayed on the main streets in the main areas.

Casa de ensueño, súper acogedora. Muy amplia. La decoración es hermosa. Las camas súper ricas. Las dos tinas excelentes. Es un lugar muy cómodo para ir con niños. No dudaría en volver a hospedarse en Casa San Ni. Alejandra es una anfitriona de 10 :), no se puede pedir más, piensa en todos los detalles , tiene excelentes recomendaciones y es súper proactiva y atenta. La zona es para descansar de la vida rápida de la ciudad pero en 20 minutos caminando llegas a todo, tienes buenos restaurantes y tiendas a menos de 10 minutos. La comida de por ahí es muy buena. Caminamos de día y de noche y la zona muy segura. Los vecinos amigables. Mucha vegetación por todos lados. Hasta la próxima San Cristóbal.

We had a wonderful time in San Cristobal de las Casas to ring in the new year. The Hotel Mirador La Paz was the perfect set up for our large family. 8 adults and 6 kids all with comfy beds and bathrooms. The heated pool was amazing and the balcony view is amazing. The fireworks we saw from the balcony on New Year’s Eve is something we will never forget. Our hosts made check in and check out so easy and convenient. The internet is high speed and works all over the house. Highly recommend this place !

We had an excellent stay, enjoyed the comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen and filtered water! Enjoyed the quiet yet close location. Would stay again!

Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia muy cómoda y relajante, todo está impecable, la casa es súper acogedora. Llegamos de noche y nos recibieron muy bien, también olvidé unas cosas y tuve que regresar por ellas, siempre fueron muy amables. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar en Casa de los Arrayanes.

No cabe duda que excelente ubicación y todos los servicios hicieron que nos sintieramos como en nuestro hogar,(cerca están algunos locales de comida y un mercadito) si volvemos a viajar,no duraríamos en quedarnos de nuevo en ese bello lugar,en el cual disfrutamos cocinar en familia y hasta asar cortes, gracias Rober por hacernos la estadía más fácil y ser buen anfitrión,más bendiciones (no duden en reservar con el)

This is a beautiful and calm place to stay within 10 minutes of the historic center of San Cristobal. Lovely house and yard, great kitchen, lots of light and comfortable beds. If you want to have a respite from city life this is a great place to stay. Zinzi and Edward are super responsive and helpful hosts.

El lugar muy bonito, cómodo, más si viajas en familia, fácil de ubicar y tiene muchas cosas cerca, desde los andadores donde hay restaurantes, cafeterías, locales de ropa, también están los museos, iglesias, mercados para comprar frutas y verduras frescas. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y cálidas, el espacio en general muy limpio.

Fantastisch huis, met veel smaak en zorg ingericht, op een toplocatie, op loopafstand van het centrum. De tuin was een geweldig surplus, heel beschut en privé, met overal plekjes om te zitten. Verder waren er meerdere open haarden waardoor we het ‘s avonds heerlijk warm konden stoken. Aanrader!
