San Juan : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

A total of 6 people stayed at Lorena’s place and we were all satisfied with our stay! Everyone had their own bed. The bunk beds were pretty big and the beds were so COMFORTABLE. The AC was nice and cool. The bathrooms were big and had lots of mirrors for us girls ! The place is just as described. We only had an issue with the dryer/washer, they weren’t working. Private and gated community. Felt safe the entire stay. Pretty close to Isla verde beach, La Placita, and other popular areas by Uber. 15-20 min walk to the beach. Had to walk along the highway and over the bridge to get there, so I would uber. It was super easy for the Ubers to find us. I would stay at Lorena’s place again. Thank you for all your help

Juan Gabriel was responsive to our needs. Room was clean and had a great location.

We had a arbnb that flooded 2 hrs after landing! We found Pedro’s place and he approved it within minutes and really helped us !! Really good guy

Xavier was a great host! While visiting the country , there was a power outage for a day and a half. He was sure to keep updated on the situation and also bought a battery for us to charge our devices and to connect to wifi. He was pleasant and answered any question that we asked him. The apartment was clean and looked exactly liked the photos. The location was perfect, close to pretty much everything. Would definitely recommend Xavier as a host.

Raisa’s place is so cute and comfy ! Looks exactly like the pictures. It is a bit noisy, if you’re not used to it I don’t recommend it. But I don’t have a problem with it at all ! The neighborhood is very nice I walked a few times to go buy fruits and go to the market. There are a couple fast foods around in case. Other than that it’s not too far from san Juan and the old city so you can easily uber or drive there. Would definitely come back. Thank you

It was a pleasure to stay at Carlos place. The place was super clean, the bed linen was clean and smell amazing, the bed and pillows were comfortable as well. The place has everything that you could possibly need for and the view from the bedroom was amazing and fun to watch, there were hundreds of restaurants around the area and at a walking distance, 24/7 was one of our favorites. We rented a car but ended up walking or ubering everywhere. The beach was super nice and clean as well. The pool area was super nice and clean, The building personnel were very helpful and friendly. Carlos was super flexible with the check in and check out. We will definitely stay at his place again.

Nyle's apartment is located in the heart of Old San Juan, with a huge selection of restaurants and bars within ten feet of the door and even more just a few blocks away. Some of the extra special ones are Azelia, directly across the street, and Marmalade, at the corner of the block. As for the apartment, the fans and air conditioning kept the apartment cool. The bathroom and kitchen were well stocked with supplies you may need during your visit. Plenty of towels and bathroom toiletries were available. Everything was clean and I really enjoyed my stay.

Had a great stay! Maria was very responsive and provided an excellent doc with a guide to the dining and shopping in the local area. Air conditioners worked very well, and apartment was clean and comfortable. We did experience some some short power outage issues, but Maria and her father Manuel checked in with us and to ensure we had the lanterns and battery fans we needed, which was appreciated. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Short walk to beautiful beach!

Miguel was a wonderful host. The place was wonderful. The pool had a shallow end that our 4 and 6 yo could stand and they enjoyed it a lot

Glenda was extremely responsive, she allowed early check in which was amazing. She assured to follow up when needed and everything was as expected. Property is clean and beautiful, apartment felt like a single family home. Neighbor was friendly and especially while being on vacation and forgetting things in the washer/dryer, when they needed it, they would throw our stuff in the dryer for us or take out and neatly set aside. I thought that was really nice of them. I have no complaints and would love to rent from Glenda one day soon again. Have no complaints what so ever and would come back 1000 times again. Great location, close to a lot and not far from most tourist areas. 10/10 recommend.

Place was exactly as described! Alex and Diana were very responsive! It was such a plus they had a solar generator during the islands power outage. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again. 10/10

I had a fantastic stay at Kikiri House ! The location is very calm and peaceful, neighbors are very friendly. Just a short drive from the airport and local spots like Isla Verde, Condado Beach and La Placita. The space was clean, comfortable and exactly what I was looking for my stay. We absolutely loved the game room, it is so cute and has many games to enjoy. Rey David was responsive and helpful which made the check in process seamless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. If available for my next trip to my beautiful island I will most certainly look to book KiKiri House again.

Buenas tardes a .mis padres les encanto el lugar , las facilidades muy bonita tienes para hacer de todo jugar , darte un chapuzon en la piscina ,hacer barbacoa, ver películas, y descansar de verdad q lo recomiendo lugar céntrico y todo básicamente queda cerca de la autopista si tuvieras q salir . Luis and Miguelina are amazing hosts! Our flight got in early and they allowed us to drop off our luggage. Plus the 7 min ride to the airport at 5:00am was nice! My family and I enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and loved that we could park our rental in the garage. Not to mention the sitting area inside the garage was a nice touch. Cold AC and enjoyed the fact that there was no clutter in the house. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of cookware.

Wow, I think I only have positive things to say about Frank and Caroline's space that we used for the week. First of all, the directions on how to check in and find the condo were very detailed. I appreciate all the recommendations on where to eat and things to check out after landing at the airport. This is the first time my family has been to Puerto Rico and it did not disappoint. Frank is very responsive and a communication is top-notch. the views that we had from the condo left us speechless. Everything that you would expect to find in the space was there such as a coffee maker, basket of sunscreen and bug spray, games, cool looking ice cubes and already made ice and filtered pitchers of water. The beds were very comfortable for all of us. I love how we were walking distance to the beach and the food truck area that had a lot to choose from. it's nice that this condo is very close to a lot of other beaches, shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. Hope to return again!

Brad & Juanita condo was just right bed was conftoble water pressure was good The location was perfect, with many beaches nearby and We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. , our experience was amazing. We would highly recommend

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5 and had a wonderful time at Diana's place. The location is awesome and the views of the water from the unit were outstanding....just what our family needed. Diana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The entire island of PR experienced a brief blackout during our stay and Diana went above and beyond to make us comfortable and accommodate our family above and beyond what other Airbnb hosts would typically do (we travel a lot and use Airbnb frequently). We have 3 young children ages 5 and under and they had a blast. We would not hesitate to recommend Diana and will keep her in mind for future stays beyond just this location. We will be returning!

I have been coming to PR for years and most of my stays are at Ashford imperial!! Robert, was AMAZING!! The condo is beautiful, just the right amount of furniture, clean, beautiful view, all the amenities you need, and more!!! This is the top 3 of my list of places to stay in the 15 years I have been coming here!!! Some people you can’t make happy as one of the reviews but trust me there were no roaches or other problems with our stay! He was accommodating and got us in right away since our flight arrived early in the am!! Thank you Robert for allowing us to stay in your place!! We will be back!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Tom’s villa. Everything was nice just like the pictures. Loved the code for entry to his place (no keys to keep up with)The place was really cozy. We were very pleased with the location, views, and access to pools, beach, and the amenities at the Wyndham Rio Mar. We absolutely enjoyed pulling the curtains back every am to watch the sunrise and sunsets in the evening. Centrally located for a ton of tours/activities. There are plenty of dishes and utensils for quick easy grab days. The beach towels and umbrella came in handy for hanging out at the beach. Tom was very responsive and helpful to our questions. We definitely will be back!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.

Don't get me wrong. the place is in a great location in condado, Puerto Rico where it's walking distance to the placita. Pat did a great job of helping us through the power outage. however, we struggled the first day because the place didn't look like it did in the pictures and the building is dated and under construction.
