James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I chose this house for our 3 generation family group because the are Reviews seemed so good and the photos were enticing. It lived up to expectations! It is a really lovely, spacious house for 10. Very well furnished and v comfy beds. Everything looked clean and fresh. The kitchen / dining area is especially good and well thought out. The outside playroom with children’s games and extra toys was a real bonus. Our children loved playing in the garden. The area is lovely and Birdham quiet. We had a great afternoon on the amazing beach at West Wittering. We all said it would be lovely to return again.

A lovely coach house. Perfect for visiting Southampton . Renata is a lovely host. The place is absolutely spotless and is in a quiet location. We would definitely recommend.

staying here was a great experience. the property is in an excellent location. The little touches made all the difference with things like bin bags and dishwasher tablets provided, great bedding, fluffy towels, it was all excellent and well worth the price. Sarah was responsive when I initially contacted her about check in and the whole air BnB experience was great. highly recommend!

great house just by the beach in Selsey. big enough to comfortable fit 2 families (we were 4 adults, 4 kids and the house was perfect for us). the house was clean and Rosie left so.e basic supplies for us (milk, bread, sweets) which was lovely. the grades is big, and nicely done, the house has everything you need for a weekend or even a week. the house is located approx 10 min walk to a pub, ans town is walkable distance as well. thank you Rosie!

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

I was lucky enough to attend a conference at a local hotel and wanted somewhere to stay which would give me some privacy and peace and quiet, whilst being close enough to enable me to quickly walk to and from the hotel and local bars and restaurants. Marc's apartment was perfect ! As a regular user of Airbnb l, I can honestly say this was one of the best and most comprehensively equipped places I have stayed. It's beautifully appointed, has great views, a massive bed and everything you could possibly need. Thank you !

Excellent accommodation and exactly what we needed to be in the centre of Shanklin. Terry the owner was an excellent host and always contactable via email. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the Isle of Wight.

Enjoyed staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Well equipped high quality kitchen, 2 floor apartment which is nice. Great private parking, Waitrose or M&S across the road, lovely pubs and shops on your doorstep.

Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

This was my second stay at John's lovely quiet and spacious flat used as a base whilst visiting my family in Southsea. The location is ideal, together with the designated parking space on site which is a rarity in Southsea. John's lemon drizzle cake, bread and other groceries such as eggs, milk and homemade marmalade were much appreciated after a long journey. There is also a very convenient Coop just around the corner which is open until late.

The property is nicely situated for the centre of Southampton. It is ideal for 2 people, well decorated and furnished with all necessary amenities. We found it to be very clean and in a fairly quiet area with no traffic noise at night. There is off road parking too, the only proviso being that the driveway to the parking area is narrow so caution is needed when driving in and out.

Home from home.Excellent central location to the harbour,restaurants,pubs and supermarkets.Added bonus of secure covered parking.Found it great for days out as straight onto all the main roads whichever way we were heading.The apartment was much larger than the pictures and the kitchen and lounge were very well equipped.Tricia was super responsive with communication and really helpful with our requests.Can highly recommend Rivazza curry house for lamb railway curry,probably the best curry ive ever had.

Wir benötigten eine größere Unterkunft als üblich in Southsea, um etwas mehr Komfort zu haben. Die Wohnung liegt genau in unserem bevorzugten Bereich in Southsea. Von hier aus bist du umgehend im Park und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand sowie Pubs, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Es gibt keinen privaten Parkplatz, aber Soraya stellt Parkscheine zur Verfügung und es ist immer möglich, in der Nähe etwas zu finden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Küche für unsere Zwecke sehr gut nutzbar. Wünschenswert wäre mehr Besteck, um nicht täglich die Spülmaschine nutzen zu müssen. Großer Fernseher, toller englischer Erker mit Blick auf Southsea Common und die Kneipenstraße. Dennoch nicht unangenehm laut, die Fenster sind gut gedämmt. Ausreichend Sitzmöbel. Das Sofa ist etwas durchgesessen und die Matratze im Bett sehr hart, aber dies ist wohl eher ein persönliches Empfinden. Soraya war immer blitzschnell zu erreichen und sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen

Exactly as described and as shown on the photos! Super convenient and cosy and the hosts were really welcoming. I felt at home instantly. The location is perfect, everything is so close, there’s the train and bus stations, restaurants, shops and more. I a 100% recommend staying there 😊!

this house is in a great location, directly opposite to the pier with a co-op round the corner. the kitchen is well equipped, bathroom with good water pressure and the garden gets full sun all afternoon and evening. we didn't have problems with parking but also we didnt really move the car once we parked it as its close to everything and we didnt feel we needed to go anywhere else.

Fijne en comfortabele accommodatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, inclusief keukenspullen, wasmachine en droger. Lekker dichtbij het strand en prima uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Wij verbleven met ons gezin (3 jongens van 5, 8 en 9 jaar oud) en hadden met deze accommodatie een fijne tijd op het prachtige eiland!

Great place, ideal for the seafront, pier or visiting Southsea and Portsmouth. Only 5 mins from IoW ferry. Spacious, clean and well equipped with proactive hosts.
