Cilia's home is located in a quiet area which makes it ideal for having a restful evening after a busy day. She went above and beyond to accommodate me, and even allowed me to stay a bit past check out due to my flight being rescheduled to a later time. The area is low key, which worked perfectly for me because i work overnights so it was very peaceful while I was on my shift. Most things are within relatively close proximity if you don't mind walking a bit. I highly recommend staying here, and if I'm ever in the area again I'll be doing so myself.

We had a great time. It’s a great place to walk, close to University Ave dining and shopping area. Kathy was very helpful and the place had all we needed to cook our own dinners. Parking in the carport was very convenient as well.

This was my second stay with Sherry, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, Sherry made me feel completely at home with her warm, accommodating nature. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure her guests are comfortable, and her hospitality is unmatched. The house itself is consistently spotless—clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It’s clear Sherry takes great pride in keeping everything in top shape. Whether you’re looking for a long-term stay or just a short visit, this place offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. We had a great experience with Jessica and the property. The space was setup to be very comfortable right from the beginning. The amenities and layout were similar to hotel stays, with towels, soaps, body washes, toothbrushes, etc. all laid in each bathroom. The space itself provides plenty of space with three levels, so even with a few people in the home there's more than enough room to work and relax. Jessica was very prompt in communication and was able to assist with all our requests and changes. Thank you very much.

I stayed in the master bedroom for a month. Sunny is a very friendly and responsive host. He provided clear check-in instructions, and went through lengths to get an extra bedroom available for me on the date I requested. The house is almost next to Hwy 280 but insulation is excellent and I can't hear the road noise at all when the windows are closed. It took me some time to find the place the first time as the house entrance isn't located right on the street and I had to go through a private driveway to access. Once I found it, parking was easy as there is a parking spot reserved for the master bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the on-site laundry is very convenient.

We really enjoy staying with Tracy. She’s very kind and hospitality, makes our stay enjoyable. The room and place is clean with a good taste of design art decoration. Considering the price and location, I would highly recommend this place.

Justin's place is great. It's hard to find value and space in this part of the Bay Area. He has everything you need for a long or short term stay. The place was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I will be staying here again with my coworkers in the near future!

Had a great time staying at Lisa's place. Room is exactly as shown, clean, has plenty of natural light. There's a few grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance as well, and overall the neighborhood feels very safe.

The hosts are very responsive and nice. The facilities are good. I feel like I’m just right at home. I will definitely stay here again next time.

My daughter and I loved staying at this 2-bedroom place in a quiet residential area. The facilities are top notch and the host, Gene, is super friendly and welcoming. I look forward to staying here again when I'm back in the area!

I had a wonderful stay at Jaya's place. She is incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view—exactly what I was hoping for. Parking can be slightly difficult (one night I came back late and I had to park 100 yards away) Great grocery store across the street (kind of a small wholefoods) and a few restaurants, very convenient Overall I had a great stay and I'd come back

Akki is a great host, stayed for ~2 months and did not have any issue. Akki is very responsive. The location is great and the community is very nice. Highly recommended if you are looking for a stay in San Jose.

I had a great stay at Jackie and Deja’s place. The shared space was exceptionally clean, and the hosts were very responsive to any questions or needs I had during my stay. It felt comfortable and welcoming. Jackie and Deja were both attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, affordable and friendly place to stay.

Amazing stay at Allison’s lovely place. Cozy bed and comfortable space. I travel weekly for work, and this felt like home away from home. Allison was very helpful, accommodating and kind. I am looking forward to my next several stays here!

nice quiet location. responsive hosts. overall nice experience. recommendations: a water heater or a coffee machine would be nice. and if you guys had a washer/dryer, could have easily charged $10/night more.
