The apartment is located in a private garden setting, away from the main street, behind our home. There is a separate dedicated garden space for you to use. Our Seabright Beach place has been in the family for over 50 years. A recent remodel brings the space up to date with our goal to make it especially comfortable and light, a retreat where you will be able to relax after a day of adventure, riding the Big Dipper, wine/beer tasting or beach fun. Sleep in a comfy king size bed in a room with room darkening window coverings. The sofa has a pull out queen size bed. Also, we have a fold out bed in the bedroom closet.

This beautifully & recently renovated studio with separate entry and private bathroom is in the middle of everything Santa Cruz has to offer: downtown, beaches, boardwalk, West Cliff Drive, bike paths, etc. are an easy walk or bike-ride. The studio is also a quiet area for remote work. We are pleased to host you and help make your experience great. You may also access the common-space gardens and hot tub in the spa-like back yard (upon request).

IMPORTANT NOTE: I am required to collect the city mandated short term rental tax in cash when you arrive because the city of Santa Cruz does NOT allow Airbnb to collect it at booking. It is what is charged by hotels and motels.

Lots of outdoor activities in the area! Unfortunately the house is not suitable for children under 10.
