New built apartment (approx. 60 sqm) with separate entrance at the ground floor of my house in Berlin-Niederschönhausen, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 separate beds, one living room with fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, baking oven) and one large bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, laundry dryer. Max. capacity 4 adults. An additional, brandnew bathroom with jacuzzi tube for 2 persons can be used as well.

Die Umgebung zum See hin ist sehr ruhig und auch die Einkaufsstraße liegt weit genug entfernt, um einen ruhigen Aufenthalt entfernt des Trubels genießen zu können. Zentral am Schäfersee, 2 min Laufweg zur U8 Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. 10 Min zum Alexanderplatz und Mitte und 15 Min nach Kreuzberg mit der Bahn. Sehr gute Anbindung mit dem Bus 128 zum Flughafen Tegel, besonders gut, da Easyjet jetzt auch in Tegel landet und startet :-)
