Hi, I'm Robert and have been living in Berlin for nearly 25 years. I was born and grew up in the UK. My apartment is very central and extends over 3 floors and 400m². Your ca.25m² air conditioned room is on it's own floor with it's own bathroom. From this floor these is also an external entrance or you can access the rest of the apartment using the amazing winding staircase to the floor above. Sunny 2 Room Apartment

Sunny refurbished apartment in the heart of Berlin. The apartment has two rooms, including a large quiet bedroom facing the inner court yard and south facing living area with an oversized comfy sofa, dining room table and height adjustable work desk. Off the living room, lies a furnished balcony with table and chairs and lots of direct sunlight. There is a modernised bathroom with washing machine and standing shower as well as a seperate kitchen with dishwasher and full cooking facilities.

Diese kleine Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses direkt neben einem See und seinem Park. Sie ist weniger als eine Gehminute von dem nächsten U-Bahnhof entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte, ein Drogeriemarkt, Imbisse und Restaurants. Die Umgebung zum See hin ist sehr ruhig und auch die Einkaufsstraße liegt weit genug entfernt, um einen ruhigen Aufenthalt entfernt des Trubels genießen zu können. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ermöglicht jeglichen Komfort.

The appartment is located in central Berlin close to the touristical points of interest. The City East (Alexanderplatz) and West (Kurfürstendamm) is easily reached in 15 / 20 min with S-Bahn and Metro(local train). Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Berlin Central Train Station and Regierungsviertel are 7 train stations away. The apartment is quiet and tranquil. It's a shared apartment, I live there, sometimes family or friends come to visit . There is lots of space and enough privacy.

Despite its central location, it’s quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. As we live here ourselves, it’s cozy, homely, and fully equipped – perfect for a comfortable stay in Berlin.

Du befindest dich inmitten vieler toller Kieze wie Osloer Str., Mauerpark, Pankow, Prenzlauer Berg und Mitte - alles sehr schnell mit Rad oder Bahn erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Bietet eine große Küche, einen Balkon, ein ganz neues Sofa, ein großes Bett und ein Bad mit Wanne.

Please note: Check in is currently only possible until Oct, 22nd! Small charming room in nice apartment (4th floor, no elevator!) with single bed. We will share bathroom, kitchen and dining area. Very quiet neighborhood, close to Central Station (Hauptbahnhof, 15 min. by bus). Also close to Bahnhof Zoo and Bus terminal ZOB. (From Airport BER it takes about 1 h.) If you travel by car please note the parking fee!

Zentral am Schäfersee, 2 min Laufweg zur U8 Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. 10 Min zum Alexanderplatz und Mitte und 15 Min nach Kreuzberg mit der Bahn. Sehr gute Anbindung mit dem Bus 128 zum Flughafen Tegel, besonders gut, da Easyjet jetzt auch in Tegel landet und startet :-)

Spacious, work-friendly guest-room in Berlin-Mitte

We are living in a very spacious 5 room apartment (160qm) and would like to offer one of our two very cosy guest-rooms to Berlin visitors. It is bright, app. 20 square meters with a single bed, a lot of books, vinyls and a huge table to work at. It is a family home and we love accommodating guests!
