Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Das stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment verfügt über einen privaten KFZ-Abstellplatz und eine gemütliche Terrasse die zum Verweilen und Entspannen einlädt. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich in Reifnitz 5 Autominuten entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in 300m erreicht. Der Wörthersee ist das ganze Jahr über zugänglich, im Sommer ist der Strandbadeintritt inklusive. Nur über Treppe zugänglich.

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Von hier aus kann vom Einkauf über den Besuch von Kaffeehäusern und Restaurants bis zum Baden alles zu Fuß unternommen werden.

Wohnen am Bach

In einer beschaulichen, kleinen Ortschaft am Fuße der Karawanken liegt die „Ferienwohnung am Bach“. Begrenzt von weitläufigen Obstgärten und einem kleinen rauschenden Bächlein lädt die neu renovierte Ferienwohnung zu erholsamen Momenten in ruhiger Umgebung. Neben der Feuerstelle/Grillplatz weiden die drei Eselinnen Leni, Alpina und Tamara. Ein paar Hühner und Katzen sind auch immer unterwegs.
