The Big Chill at Bethany Beach is our whimsical family beach house in the Clearwater community, just two miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. We've thought of everything so that you don't have to. Spacious bedrooms with fine bed and bath linens; fully stocked kitchen with cookware and spices; smart TVs and Nintendo Switch; lots of books and board games; screened-in porch and open-air deck; and comfortable furnishings throughout. And bring your dogs; they're family, too!

Unit 6302 at Bethany Bay is a 2 BR, 2 Bath, ground floor unit with panoramic views of the waterways and Indian River Bay. Sleeps 4. Free parking. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, fireplace, community outdoor pool, jogging/hiking path, 9 hole golf course. NON-SMOKING UNIT. Enjoy dinner and drinks on the enclosed rear porch and take in the view. 5 miles to Bethany Beach, 12 miles to Ocean City, 17 miles to Rehoboth Beach. I will allow one dog and the pet fee is $50 per night.

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

Charming, updated cottage. Wifi and space to work. Located between Bethany Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD, Fenwick is known as 'The Quiet Resort.' Two blocks to the beach. The cottage is the perfect size for a couple or small family. Sitting on a lovely, quiet block, between the ocean and the bay, the cottage is a quick walk to fine dining, pubs and shopping. The cottage comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella, an outdoor shower, and a beach parking pass.

Enjoy a quiet, private setting just 3 miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Nestled across from the Assawoman Wildlife Refuge, you can relax in a spacious home away from home.
